Rip Off! Honda Express Service - oil change only - $100.00 and an hour and a half of waiting for what takes fifteen to twenty minutes max. Even when doing the Honda Express Service - oil change only - $100.00 and an hour and a half of waiting for what takes fifteen to twenty minutes max. Even when doing their "Honda Multipoint Inspection". After waiting an hour and a half I see my car waiting outside and my keys and paperwork on a desk. So I ask a service agent "take my credit card I really need to leave". "No, you need to wait for the technician that disappeared so you can go over the condition of the car". "We want to make sure you get the Honda Experience". THE CAR IS NEW WITH LESS THAN 2500 MILES. But they mistakenly put 50,000 miles on the paperwork. Please get me out of here! I spoke with the Service Manager Eddie on the phone and attempted in as polite a manner that I will never bring the car back to Performance Kings Honda. The Honda experience is a joke. The price is a rip off and the technicians couldn't care less about the Honda Experience. More

One of the worst car buying and ownership experiences of my life!!!! 😡 Bought a Honda because I thought it was built to last. Had some engine issues within warranty and was told needed testing which lasted so long it took me out of warranty and after the testing and admitting there was a manufacturer defective engine was told there was nothing they could do and said they would not honor the warranty. Made countless calls to Honda of America and dealer to no avail. They were across the board disrespectful, rude, untrustworthy and dismissive throughout and as if they could care less, which has been their attitude since after the purchase my new car 6 years ago. They have been terrible to deal with and I've lost all faith in Honda as a brand. They wasted my time and energy...soul suckers! Done with Honda forever! Don't trust this brand or dealership More

I would suggest if you need to have your car maintenance then find another Honda than the one at Performance Kings Honda. I lost a half of days work even with making an appointment telling the person on the phone what was going on with the car just to take my car there to be told that if they started to work on my car that I would not get it back until the following day, but hey we can rent you a car for 15.00 a day. This type of service is unacceptable. More

Totally incapable of resolving the problem they caused. They upgraded my wife's car with the 3g Upgrade for HondaLink back in January. The invoice indicates it was completed for the recall campaign 21-08 They upgraded my wife's car with the 3g Upgrade for HondaLink back in January. The invoice indicates it was completed for the recall campaign 21-085:6GB00. We assumed that all was well. Then we received a letter in the mail stating that our Honda Link services were cancelled because we failed the require upgrade before Feb 22, 2022. Since then all ability to access the Honda Link subscription services fails with the message that the OTA upgrade needed to be performed. We had the Honda Dealer attempt to correct it but the OTA cannot be performed after Feb 22, 2022 and that the dealer would have to install a new module. So far all attempts to get the dealer to fix the issue have been met with silence and royal run-around. This is totally unacceptable and the services dept seems to deny any responsibility for the mix up. More
Thank you to Michael Harris at Kings Honda. I needed a headlight replaced and it was stuck so I couldn’t do it myself. I know everyone is understaffed so I brought my laptop to my appointment and figured headlight replaced and it was stuck so I couldn’t do it myself. I know everyone is understaffed so I brought my laptop to my appointment and figured I’d have a couple of hours to wait. When Michael was checking me in as the service advisor, he offered to see if he could replace it himself and save me the wait. And he did! I was in and out in 10 minutes instead of 2-3 hours. Thank you, Michael, for going above and beyond. I’ll be back for service! More
