Kirk Harris and service department did well I had a good experience visiting the service department. Somehow, Kirk knew I was in a hurry. I had tried to change a bulb and broke it. Horrible Service Experience First time customer to this dealership for a standard oil change. Check in process went fine and was even offered a car wash which was nice. While waiting for my vehicle outside I see a car flying down the street at a high rate of speed. Immediately I notice its my vehicle and upon watching for another min or two I see him stop at a stop sign and take off at a high rate of speed causing the tires to peel out. By this time i'm completely pissed off and rush inside to confront the service manager. I explain what I saw and we begin to wait in the area to see him drive back. As he returns we both notice his reckless driving. The service manager named Ash ask me to wait in his office as he wanted to pull the driver in so i could explain what i saw. Personally i did not feel this was the right method however i was gladly willing to speak my mind to the tech. In the end we each spoke our minds and i was offered a free oil change. They could have offered me lifetime oil changes, however i will never return to this location since they have no sense of care when it comes to my vehicle. If this is the way they treat our cars while driving in front of us I would hate to see the low quality of service they give behind closed doors.. More
Rude and Condescending I bought a used Jeep from Kings Honda two years ago. I bought a number of warranties with the car including one for the tires. About 6 months after I bought a used Jeep from Kings Honda two years ago. I bought a number of warranties with the car including one for the tires. About 6 months after I bought the car, I visited their service department and asked for them to check over the whole car and make sure everything was OK and nothing needed service. In the 2 years I've owned it we've only put about 6000 miles on the Jeep. Today I brought it in because one of the valve stems on the tires had broken. The Service Advisor I met with first literally laughed in my face when I suggested this should be covered under the warranty and I was given a lesson in the anatomy of the wheel vs. tire. Long story short, when I bought the jeep there were metal caps on the valve stem. Unbeknownst to me this causes the stem to corrode and the cap to fuse to the stem. We haven't had any issues until now with needing air in the tires, so I didn't know this was an issue. The Service Advisor told me I needed to go to the Jeep Service because they couldn't help me. I said that since they had sold me the jeep with the caps, they should replace the stems for me. The service Manager ANDY FRENCH told me they wouldn't have sold me a jeep with those on there. I assured him they had. So then he said, well it's been two years, too bad. I said but you sold me a jeep with metal stem caps that you just admitted are faulty. To which he replied that he couldn't check everything on the cars they sell and replace items like that or "he'd go broke." Too bad for him, I was about to purchase a new Honda Accord. Not only will I not be purchasing one from them, I'm seriously considering not purchasing a Honda at all because of this terrible treatment. More

Why bother to have a chat system I have tried to get someone at the dealership to answer my phone calls regarding service, then I tried to get someone in a chat to answer or research I have tried to get someone at the dealership to answer my phone calls regarding service, then I tried to get someone in a chat to answer or research my question, to no avail. So right now you fail on all attempts to give good customer service. The guys working on the cars have been great for the last 15 yrs, too bad the humans in the other departments cannot be as good. Best Service I've Ever Experienced On my Honda Accord Coupe my navigation started acting up, in order for the Tech Team to diagnose what was wrong it had to be acting up. So I death with Dean in service and he was awesome! Dean worked with me and was super kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. It ended up being the navigation system so they covered the unit per the warranty. Then about a year in a half my navigation starting acting up again so I stopped by the service department and unfortunately Dean wasn't there but I explained that I had been working on this before so the next day he was in he called me to try and rectify the situation. It turned out to be the screen but per the warranty everything was covered. Dean made a major disruption go very smoothly. I will never go to another Honda either for purchasing a new car or for service. This Honda is hands down the best dealership I've ever worked with! Rachel More
Doing the right thing A.C went out on my 2011 Honda Odyssey, I was told that this wouldnt be cover under warranty due to a rock hitting the A.C condensor. I do understand so things are NOT covered, but I called the Service Manager and expained that I had only put 6K miles on the van. After agreeing to cover half of the repair I was happy. :) Went to pick up the Van after repairs and was told there would be NO cost to me. The Service group at Kings Honda went out of there way to cover this repair! I will be back! More
Kings is a ripoff. I had them check my daughters Accord there for the brakes, they said it needed 590 dollars of work plus perhaps 1400 dollars for an ABS module. I balked and took it to a BBB shop, there there for the brakes, they said it needed 590 dollars of work plus perhaps 1400 dollars for an ABS module. I balked and took it to a BBB shop, there was nothing wrong with the brakes and they charged me nothing. My wifes Odyssey transmission failed for the SECOND TIME and they quoted $4800 dollars to fix. An Angies Liist trans shop qouted $3000 for the same job. AVOID KINGS HONDA. They are not honest, they want all your money and could care less about being honest. More
I dropped the car for the service of muffler. I had to change whole muffler system because the pipes were totally ripped or splitted. I paid more than $700 for the service. When I got the car back, the engine light was on which was not on when I dropped. So, I asked, but they were like " NO, it was already on". they kept saying it. I am not a stupid, if it was already on, I would have already asked them when I dropped it. And they said that it is problem with Oxygen sensor heater...and they asked for more than 400$ in order to change Since, I was busy, I didn't want to argue. So, I took it back and was driving without fixing it, few days ago, I went to different auto shop and asked for checking, and they said few option why the oxygen sensor might be on, one of the option they said is muffler. I mentioned that I changed whole pipes..and the auto shop technician told me that muffler might caused the issue and asked me to bring the car back to the dealer. Also, the technician told me that it would not cost $400.00..the oxygen sensor normally cost $50-100... So, I called the Kings honda and asked for the General Manager, who were out of the office, Mike, I left my voice message with my phone number. But I didnot get anything back. I am trying to call Honda and ask for their opinion. ---------------------------------------------------------------- This was a my review on Kings Honda, however, they contacted me back and took care of the situation with great services.
