Their pricing for service is a HUGE rip off. They charged me $182.90 including tax to drain and refill transmission fluid. The next time I needed the transmission fluid changed I took the vehicle to charged me $182.90 including tax to drain and refill transmission fluid. The next time I needed the transmission fluid changed I took the vehicle to Joe Morgan Honda and they drained and refilled the transmission fluid for a total cost of $81.15. Honda recommends changing the timing belt at 105,000 miles. Kings Honda quoted me a price to change timing belt of $940.00. I took the vehicle to Joe Morgan Honda and had the timing belt changed for $299.00 plus tax. No complaints about the quality of work at Kings Honda but my gosh their pricing should be illegal! More
We went in to take care of some some paperwork and some additional paperwork. Marc took car of us as if he was making the actual sale the day before. They told me they couldn't just give me a second key, and to buy one it would be $100. Fortunately I had already gotten a quote from another dealer so I knew better. Went to Honda East instead and got the key for $23.58. Buyer beware. If you go to Kings Honda for service be sure to get a second opinion on whatever they tell you it will cost. More
I took my CRV in for an oil change, while I was waiting, I was walking around looking for the Ridgeline to check them out for my next truck. We talked for a few mins and he said they could buy out my Lease on the CRV, He ran the numbers and a few mins later I was a proud owner of a 2012 Ridgeline!! More
The girl answering the phones at the front desk has a serious attitude problem. If she doesn't wish to transfer calls or gets easily annoyed when doing so, she needs to look for another job. I have been to a number of dealerships and I am very impressed with both the sales and service departments. I was recently in for service on my Honda Pilot and I can't say enough about the level of prof impressed with both the sales and service departments. Jenny was extremely helpful and pleasant. I was on time for my appointment. Jenny took all the information that I gave her verbally and also what I handed to her... she looked everything up on the comput for my appointment. Jenny took all the information that I gave her verbally and also what I handed to her... she looked everything up on the computer and was able to give me some discounts right off the bat... she could see why I had brought the car in. She gave me an estimate and I was able to sit comfortably, drinking coffee in the waiting area - the wait was almost exactly what she told me... the charges came in under estimate... all work was complete... I was pleased that I did not need more work done and that Honda did not try to get me to do things that did not need to be done. Jackson worked on the car and I assume he did a good job. The AC was not working when I brought the car in and the wipers were a disaster - both were working when I left and the car just felt better and I had peace of mind that I did not need brakes at this time... all well well and I was in and out in 90 minutes... good job!!! More

Jason has provided outstanding service since I have owned my Odyssey. For example, I can recall one service experience involving my transmission. The transmision needed to be replaced. Jason called Honda and explained that I was a long time loyal customer. Honda agreed to cover the replacement of the transmission. This is just one of many examples of Jason taking care of the customer! More
My wife got taken to the cleaners by this dealer. She needed rear brakes which they overcharged her for ($200 to just put pad on?!) and didn't even machine the rotors. Plus they tried to sell her machining the front rotors for $175 - but they are NEW and in better shape than the rear ones AFTER Honda did the work. They also tried to sell her other needless work like new front struts etc. I went in to talk the them and the manager didn't acknowledge ANY of these issues. Don't take your car here unless you know EXACTLY what needs to be done and know what quality service looks like, because they sure don't - and will pull any/all tricks to over sell and cut corners... After a lengthy fight, they did agree to at least machine the rear rotors, but customers shouldn't have to deal with this - let alone at dealership prices. More
