Sam is an amazing salesperson! He made me feel at ease from the very first minute of our meeting. He made this the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. He was courteous, and professional at all times, explained everything in detail, and allowed me to ask as many questions needed to make me comfortable about my purchase. I would buy another vehicle from him today, if I needed one. I would most certainly recommend him to friends and family. I had heard from co-workers and some relatives, that this particular dealership was a "Shark Pit", and that the salespeople were some of the worst in the city. That could not have been further from the Truth on May 7th, 2013. Sam is very good at what he does, and as I stated earlier. I would gladly purchase another vehicle from this dealership, if he was my salesperson. thank you for hiring quality salespeople, and for making my time spent at your dealership, one of the very best I've ever had!

Sam Kinnare did a great job helping me find the car I wanted and worked well with my budget and needs. I would definitely recommend working with him- he has great customer service skills and was able to compromise with me when we had disagreements about pricing and details on the vehicle.

Performance Toyota has serviced my last three Toyota Camrys. David Sees in the service department has been outstanding. From his can do attitude to his attention to detail, David has just been the best service writer I have encountered in 40 plus years. Performance Toyota is fortunate to have him as an employee.

From all the Toyota dealers around the Memphis area, I have to say that Performance Toyota is the one who has always be ready to do a deal for me. they play the least of the game (when it comes to negotiations) the sales reps "appear" to know what they are talking about. But if you are like me, I will always go to the dealer knowing more then the sales rep about warranties, specials, vehicle value Etc.... Managers are ok, like I said always willing to take a number/price and work to get you the best deal in town. I Bought both of my most recent vehicles there and the negotiating process went as expected. The only reason they will not get 5 stars from me is because the finance guy (Danny/new guy) just like his predecessor, they thing they going to get you right at the end and almost appear to offend my intelligence with their extra offerings / last minute APR changes... But if you stay sharped, you can quickly show him who is in charged. I know is their job to make the dealer the much money possible in a deal, but I take it personal when they try to take advantage of people. Over all I love both our family Sienna and our new 2013 Avalon. Thumbs up for my sales rep Laura Gibson who was very easy to deal with and understood quickly the kind of purchaser I was ;)

Thank you for the opportunity to write a review. I love my 2006 Toyota Prius! I also love how professional and accurate David Sees is in coordinating my service at Performance Toyota of Memphis. I don t have any doubts that I will be taken care of and given a fair price for the work. I used to be skeptical of getting work done at a dealership, but I don t feel this way at Performance Toyota because they assure me they will do quality work at a fair price. I've been bringing in my Prius to Performance since I bought it there in 2010 and I have not been disappointed. They have earned my trust.

This week my tires were on their LAST roll (the front left tire was losing air due to such low tread.) I called David a week earlier to inquire on price and the tires I needed were on sale! He quoted me price on tires, alignment, and oil change, and said to call when I was ready since I was waiting on my tax refund to arrive. Well, my refund arrived Tuesday night, and I called David on Wednesday morning, April 24, and asked if there was any way that I could get at least this bad tire fixed that morning and done before 1:00 to pick up my child from school. He said they had time that morning to bring it in and do ALL of the work that I needed so I didn't have to return. I was very happy to hear this, and took the Prius in, and they completed all the work on time and at the price he quoted. Thank you David, and the mechanic Jesus and the Alignment guy who did the great work on my Prius. It drives like a new car now! I am very happy and will continue to take care of my Prius at Performance Toyota!

I PURCHASED A CAR THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SOLD TO THE PUBLIC. IT HAD NONWORKING BREAKLIGHTS,AIR CONDTIONER, AND WINDOW WASHER. AND A RUSTY PAIR OF WIRE PLIERS UNDER THE HOOD. SHOCKING !!! THEY WILL DO ANYTHING, EXCEPT PUBLIC SAFETY AND RELIABILITY. I CAME TO THIS DEALERSHIP ONCE AND SALESPERSON , DAWSON TALKED TO ME ANY KIND OF WAY. BUT I GAVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE AND HIGHLY REGRET IT. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT WOMEN OR SENIOR CITIZENS. RUN AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN !!! WORST DEALERSHIP EVER. THEY HAVE NOT TRIED TO REACH OUT AND REMEDY THIS BAD SALE.

The reason we take our cars to Performance Toyota for service is because of David Sees. David is very knowledgable, and even more important to me is that he's 100% honest. I don't have to worry about David trying to sell me something I don't need. He tells me what really needs to be done, and the implications of doing it or not. I trust him 100% and have a real peace entrusting the service of my cars to David. He's also very friendly, personable, and easy to work with. I highly recommend taking your car to David Sees!

I purchased my 2nd new Toyota last wk. with help from Jimmy Rooker, salesman, and Tony Gonzales, sales mgr. My daughter purchased a new vehicle also 2 yrs. ago here. I can highly recommend them to anyone who wants to have a buying experience that will make them feel comfortable. I would never return to a dealership that used high pressure sales tactics. Here I was the one totally making the decisions and they met my terms politely and without pressure.... offering help and going above and beyond.

I had one more vehicle to test drive across the city before making a decision. When I called back to say I was satisfied the Toyota was my best decision they stayed late to complete my deal and get my new Sienna XLE ready. In my hurry to get home after 8 pm I left some electronic equipment in my trade in. When I discovered this around 9:30 that night I called Jimmys cell phone. He returned my call promptly and said he'd found it and some more things I'd overlooked and had them safely put away for me.

As an elderly widow I've encountered some sales pressure just looking at vehicles that was most annoying. I did not have that issue here. Other dealerships could take a lesson from them about being helpful and informative without trying to pressure someone into committing without comparing.
