The service was excellent. I contacted the dealership and Miss Erica Smith e-mailed me right away with a couple dicounts I qualified for, the car I wanted, and for the right price. Mr. Roberto Sanchez made the process simple and understandable. I was out of the dealership in less than 3 hours and they made every effort to get the deal and car I wanted as soon as possible.

My wife and I had a great experience purchasing our new Ford Edge from Perry Ford. We had arrived at the dealership before our sales representative Roberto Sanchez arrived. We were met by Tom Zimmerman and asked if we needed assistance. I told him we were waiting for Roberto and wanted to see the Ford Edge. He had one pulled out of stock for us to see and asked if we wanted to take a test drive. We said yes, and in very short order, Alex Corona, Finance Manager, came out and took us for a test drive. During the test drive Alex was very helpful in pointing out all of the features of the Edge.

Upon returning from the test drive Roberto Sanchez met us and we began to talk about what options we wanted. The color we wanted was not in stock, but Roberto quickly surfed the internet to find the exterior/interior colors we wanted along with the options we desired. Roberto was very helpful and knowledgeable on the Edge and made the buying experience a no stress experience. Our Edge would be coming from another dealership so Roberto arranged for a loaner car for us to drive while we waited for our new Edge to arrive.

Upon taking delivery of our new Ford Edge, Roberto went over many of the features with us very slowly and asked if we had questions on any of the features. He set up several cool tools for us while navigating through the programs.

I went to Perry Ford with a 2006 Ford Freestyle that I liked but the gas mileage was killing me. These two people worked hard to get me into the car of my dreams. They made me the happiest first time NEW car owner. Erica is amazing at what she does, you instantly feel like she is an old friend. Russell is amazing and a has a "get'er done" attitude I really appreciate. Both made me feel comfortable and well served. I drove off in my new car with a smile and a tear of joy. This dealership is a joke. They are rude and dis honest. I am VERY dis satisfied! STAY AWAY!! I will NEVER do business with this dealership and neither will any of my family or friends! Glad I backed out of the deal and didn't sign anything! Thank GOD!!! Do yourself a favor and find someone else to deal with. They sell with no integrity. They could careless if your needs as a consumer are met. They only care about the bottom line.

Everyone was more then helpfull, we were treated like family. The service department was great and so was the parts department. We cannot say enough good things about the way we were treated. We will be purchasing a second car next year from them.

This was my very first car buying experience and I was very nervous. I contacted the internet sales associate for Perry Mazda/ Ford, and began to ask questions about the car I was interested in. the internet sales associate was very helpful, and after our discussion quoted me a great deal! I then drove down the next day to buy the car, and was able to continue working with the same Sales associate, which made me feel very comfortable. We went on a test drive, and he was very patient allowing me to really decide if I wanted to commit to the car. Then when we began to discuss financing and what my final price options were, he came back with an even better deal than what he offered to me over the phone the day before. There was not a single moment where I felt pushed or that my time was being wasted. Even the financial officer was kind when we decided not to include any extra packages. Over all, it was the best first car buying experience I could have asked for. I was able to stay in my budget and get the car I wanted!!

I’m a very price-sensitive person and was imagining that I was going to have to go to Los Angeles to find the best deal. But before heading south I did price research on the vehicle I wanted and contacted the internet department at Perry Ford. The vehicle I wanted was not on anyone’s lot and had to be special ordered from the factory. I’ve always heard that the best deal is in buying what is already on the lot . . . and this may be true. But in any case I finally came to an acceptable price on my special order . . . it took a little bit of negotiating, but I definitely felt the price was fair. I think the initial internet and emailing was fine, but things went much smoother when I went in face-to-face to work out the price. My sales person was Roberto Sanchez and I have to rate him a 10 out of 10. He was excellent and seems to be a genuinely nice person, as were other sales people there when he wasn’t available. The guy who does the final contracts is a bit intimidating, so go slow when reviewing your paperwork to make sure all the numbers are correct. The bottom line is that I got a very fair price and didn't have to drive to LA.
