took my car in for a diagnostic 9oil problem), discovered a problem that I declined to have serviced at the dealership. When I picked up my car and paid the bill, I asked the guy,"do I need to put oil in bef a problem that I declined to have serviced at the dealership. When I picked up my car and paid the bill, I asked the guy,"do I need to put oil in before I drive away?" he replied, "No- they topped it up back there" (or something like that). After driving back to BG and inspecting my bill, I did not see any charge for the oil, and thought it seemed awfully generous for a dealership to provide oil, and not charge for it.....and I bet you can guess what I found on the dipstick-absolutely nothing. Really-not just low on oil....NO oil. I'm glad I only live in BG, and checked this immediately. Otherwise, it would have been a much bigger problem. I only gave two stars because the service dept was pretty good about communicating with me after I dropped my car off through texting, since I was traveling out of town..... More
