I came in for an oil change. Good job on multi point inspection. Costs for this wood was outrageous. Cabin air filter was $100 more than the filter alone at local Parts store. Jeff Trobaugh was an excellent sales person. He took time to show and explain many options to us. He was very professional. I would certainly go back to him when we are again looking for a car. He carefully explained car features before we left the dealership. The finance side was not as enjoyable. Cam, our business/finance person, was friendly and knew his business but was abit over bearing. The white board and marker was confusing. When he was done there were to many options. It was similar to a presentation at a Time Share presentation. We had to stop and go back to the start. At the end the deal was fine altho we did end up with an extra we did not know about. It was not a big deal so it is fine. We would return to Cronin when time for a new car. More
While the process of buying went ok, there were multiple issues. I used TrueCar through my bank’s link. The estimate I was given for my trade and the credit quoted were said to be in error and the amounts r issues. I used TrueCar through my bank’s link. It was still a decent deal, but I was disappointed to not be offered a real explanation or compromise. When I went to get the vehicle the day after the purchase , technology did not work and I was told I would have to take it to service to get it repaired. I left an item in my trade and called the day after to get it. I was told it was gone and there was nothing they could do. No one seems to want to go an inch past the minimum to be helpful.
