My Review of Pete Moore Volkswagen:
I want to mention several issues: First, the product was very exciting. The Mitsubishi i Miev is a creative, well engineered vehicle and is is a pleasure to drive. It outperforms expectations. Secondly, Garrett Hodges, my sales person was tops; he was superbly informed about this new electric vehicle technology and was able to answer all questions thoroughly; he was more excited about the car than I was and I was pretty excited! He was patient and took considerable time with me and my wife to be sure we understood details. The Sales Manager, Jeff Korel, was engaging, helpful and went to significant effort to accomodate our needs. The gentleman who had us fill out all the paperwork (administrative forms) for finalizing the sale was meticulous and made a tedious task quite easy. All staff members who we encountered were quite positive and helpful. Thank you for a very positive experience at Pete Moore Mitsubishi!

My Review of Pete Moore Volkswagen:
This is our second VW Passat. My wife dearly loved her Passat Wagon but it was time to pass it on to our daughter and get my wife a new car. She did her research and settled on a VW (a Jetta Sport Wagon TDI, a Tiguan or a Passat sedan). Her concerns were interior space, pick-up (gotta have a turbo) and color. She a color person - no whites, black, or silvers here. We got out of the car and looked at a Passat and a Golfr and Gary descended upon us. Not is a bad, obtrusive, loud-mouthed way but simply offering advice and information and determining exactly what we wanted to do. We tested all three models and although my wife had entered the dealership wanting the "red" Tiguan, she left with a V-6 Glacial Blue Passat sedan. It "just feels right and I love the six". Three days later and nothing has changed except my daughter now loves her VW Passat wagon as well.

We rated our experinece at Pete Moore as exceptional. Three and one-half hours start to finish. My wife got what she wanted and I got the deal I wanted. I even got a wonderful comment from the business manager about our credit rating. Will we be back - in all likelihood. Will we tell others - you bet!

My Review of Pete Moore Volkswagen:
I was very happy with the service I received at the dealership and the professionalism show by Mr. Pankuch. He showed a genuine interest in working with me to find a vehicle that was satisfying for my situation and within my price range. He also had a wealth of knowledge on things such as the safety ratings and other aspects which I had already researched myself which showed me a level of interest in doing his job to the best of his ability which I appreciated. I initially had what I thought was an issue but upon bringing it up to the dealership they took a very proactive stance in fixing the issue and ensuring customer satisfaction which left me highly pleased. I would gladly recommend this dealership to any due to their high standards of professionalism and genuine interest in ensuring all of their vehicles are of the highest quality and their customer satisfaction. I will most assuredly shop here again for my auto needs.

I bought a new bug from Gary in January. I came in for my 10K mile service and killing time, was looking at the inventory. My bug was black but I really liked the yellow. Gary let me test drive the yellow bug and I fell in love right away. Gary got me the deal I asked for to the 2nd time in just a few months, he was super nice to my son who was with me (and if you're a parent, you know that is a BIG deal) and he is an all around great guy to work with. I Would recommend him to all of my family and friends and plan on doing business with him in the future. A++++

My Review of Pete Moore Volkswagen:
First off, I would like to say that I have been very hesitant on buying a new car recently because of the experiences that I have had with new car salesmen in the past involving a lot of games, phone calls and price haggling. When I decided on purchasing a 2012 Volkswagen Passat, I visited and called numerous dealerships. I called Pete Moore Volkswagen last because of its locality from my home (2.5 hr drive). I can honestly say that I'm glad that I made this call. I spoke to Mathew Guzman. He was honest and straightforward with all of my questions over the phone. Because of this, I decided to imediately make the drive out to their dealership. Upon arrival, I was met by a very professional and courteous staff including Matt and the sales manager, Jeff Korel. Both employees provided a no nonsense and hassle free experience. Within a very short time, I was offered top dollar for my trade in, agreed upon price and paperwork completed.
I would not hesitate to buy another car from this dealership and I am definitely recommending them to my family and friends. If anyone out there is considering on buying a Volkswagen, I would suggest on calling Pete Moore Volkswagen. You will not be disappointed.
