I just bought a new fusion from norm and Pete. I could not ask for a better sales experience. I am so happy and I would recommended chapel hills to any one looking for a new Ford. I did not have the best not ask for a better sales experience. I am so happy and I would recommended chapel hills to any one looking for a new Ford. I did not have the best of credit and Chris in finance worked with me on my down payment and he got me financed with Ford motor credit. My payments are right where I needed them to be. He also got me a great deal on a 100k mile warranty so I will have no worries for the next 6-7 years. Thanks again for all the help. More

Horrible experience. Visited the Phil Long Chapel location which is two hours from where I live. NOT WORTH THE TIME! Went to the location last Saturday, and have been trying to work with sales by pho location which is two hours from where I live. NOT WORTH THE TIME! Went to the location last Saturday, and have been trying to work with sales by phone to make arrangements about the car I was interested in. NEVER received a call back by the staff. Now come to find out some one else has purchased the vehicle. This was suppose to be my birthday present. Gee, thanks for screwing me over A holes at Phil Long Chapel Hills location. More
