My Review of Pinehurst Toyota:
we arrived on the sales lot at 4:00 on 2/19/10,and left at 7:00 with no answer concerning the purchase of a Toyota Camary. We were told that we would receive a telephone call the next morning letting us know if we had been approved for the loan and finally I called the salesman myself who told me he was going in to check then on the status, he finally called at 1:00 PM left a message that they were still waiting and he would call back within the hour. At 5:00 that evening my husband finally called the dealership to tell Mr. Dunne we were going to look elsewhere and Mr Dunne told him he was going in then to check on the status. My husband told him not to worry about it we were not interested any longer. We have bought several cars over the course of time and never have been given the runaround as this experience. In my opinion Mr Dunne was not truly interested in selling us a vehicle for whatever reason, and I feel we were not given the customer service expected simply because we had to initiate the return phone calls where as that was his responsibility in completing the business transaction either by telling us we were approved or not. I feel if he really wanted our business,he would have stayed with it until he got an answer,and let us know, in otherwords,this was a wasted trip. We had bought a toyota corolla from the same dealership approx 2 years ago and the buying experience was very good,that is why we returned again, but don't plan on returning unless we have a change of heart

My experience with Pinehurst Toyota was good. Keith Campbell did a great job to put me in the car I wanted. I love my Kia, Forte. I am very satisfied with the purchase. Yes, I would highly recommend Pinehurst Toyota to all of my family and friends. Thank you!
