My Review of Planet Hyundai:
I bought a Sonata from these guys in february, and in july a crack had started radiating from the rearview mirror in the windshield. I took it to Mcdonald Hyundai (they were closest)they said the mirror was not installed correctly that they would have been glad to fix the defect under warranty, but the glass was aftermarket (warranty doesn't cover) and the dealer I bought it from should fix it. I took it back to Planet hyundai and they said that even if it was defective that they won't fix it. they told me they don't even do an inspection on that part of the car! Mcdonald said they would put my new glass in at at cost just to keep me as a customer. maybe the guys at planet should take some notes on customer service.
