Dropped car off on Wednesday. Had a message to call my representative on Thursday. Wasn’t able to call until Thursday afternoon and was told the diagnosis. Said they would call my warranty to see if it was covered. Not sure why they didn’t do that in the five hours between leaving the message and me calling back. I called back twice Friday leaving messages asking what happened. Called back again Saturday and sent a text again asking what they found out. Monday still hadn’t heard anything back from my service rep. Tried their direct line again Monday afternoon. Still didn’t answer so I called the main service number and my representative answered that line after ignoring my calls and messages for days. Found out that it wasn’t covered by warranty and they charge over double what is typically charged for that repair by a regular shop. Told them I couldn’t afford that and would pick the car up tomorrow. I got there at 4;00 pm. My representative was gone for the day. They hadn’t given my paperwork to the cashier or made sure my car was ready to be picked up. I also wasn’t told that they would be charging me over $200 for a diagnostic fee. So to sum up they had my car for a week. The diagnosis and finding out it wasn’t covered by my warranty should have been done the day I dropped it off maybe the next day at the latest. Instead they had my car for a week doing nothing with it and dodging my calls and not returning my messages. If I didn’t have to go through them for my Warranty I would never go back there. More

Bought my 2025 nissan sentra from planet nissan in October 2025 with 6 miles on it. The driving test had an issue where a malfunction for the cruise control popped up on the screen and persisted thro October 2025 with 6 miles on it. The driving test had an issue where a malfunction for the cruise control popped up on the screen and persisted through the drive and the cruise control did not work. They switched it with a new one, same miles same everything just different VIN. I drive off the lot with the replacement one and within 10 minutes, that same malfunction popped up and the cruise control does not work. Since October 3rd, I have had to sit in their lobby for 3 plus hours twice while they replaced the supposed parts that fix the issue, and after the 2nd time driving it off the lot and it didn't work, I took it back on the same day and they gave me a loaner while they tried fixing it. It has been nearly a month since I dropped it off, a brand new 2025 6 mile odometer vehicle that I have continued to pay for monthly and haven't gotten a single update even though I call. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership and they have done nothing but ask me to update them on the mileage of the loaner so they can update the loaner agreement. This is not how you treat brand new customers because this leaves a lasting impression when it's time to get a new car. More

I love that the Sales folks didn't pounce on me the moment I drove up. My Sales guy Daniel was great, but I did arrive already knowing the exact vehicle I wanted. I didn't give 5 stars due to the Finan moment I drove up. My Sales guy Daniel was great, but I did arrive already knowing the exact vehicle I wanted. I didn't give 5 stars due to the Finance guys. I came in pre-approved, but they still re-financed me. We were able to undo it, so all good in the end. More
