Let me preface this review by saying the price was right on, but the customer service had been seriously lacking. In late March 2024, we found a vehicle we wanted to purchase from the above dealership. W on, but the customer service had been seriously lacking. In late March 2024, we found a vehicle we wanted to purchase from the above dealership. We made numbers work, so I drove from middle Georgia down to Arcadia to pick up the vehicle. I purchased another vehicle somewhere else just a few weeks prior and received all documentation (registration, bill of sale, etc ...) within a few weeks. With Arcadia, I was waiting almost three months to have anything make it to my local DMV. Come to find out, they sold the vehicle without ever having possessed the original title, which is a big no-no per the DMV and Attorney General's Office. When I asked them that about three-four times via email they would not answer that. Per the Florida DMV, "The dealer is required to have the title in their immediate possession in order to sell the vehicle." Then, to top things off, I asked them a few days ago for a third temp plate (Heard that, THIRD) because it had blown off and was told the dealership could not give me any more and that it had to come from corporate and he would let me know. Take a guess if they let me know ... Last Monday, I believe, they said they finally got the title in and would take two weeks for it to finally get to my DMV. I email them today and they said they already sent it out and that it should've gotten there last Thursday ...last Thursday! All that waiting and not one time did they bother to just say, "here is the tracking info. it went out the door today." NOTHING. I have already submitted a complaint with the Florida DMV and Attorney General's Office. This is not the way to do things. More

Brendan at Arcadia Chevrolet is absolutely nuts. They list a vehicle that is already $5000 over fair market value and then don't want to give a price for cash out the door. When he finally gave me the price it included $3999 in additional warranty and a whole bunch of other xx. Then they want $1184 for doc fees and then tag and tax. The vehicle fair value out the door should be around $14,000.00 but after his magic calculator gets done it's almost $23,000.00 This type of business is what gives car dealers a bad name. Brendan is in the right job because he truly fits the description of "A Used Car Salesman". All the poor reviews clued me in as to what to expect and the reviews were right...stay way away from these dishonest people. More
First off I went in there on Wednesday may the 24th to buy the gear shift cable for my 07 Silverado 2500hd. Which they had to order . Delivered by Friday at noon .then I went in to the service department buy the gear shift cable for my 07 Silverado 2500hd. Which they had to order . Delivered by Friday at noon .then I went in to the service department and scheduled installation. They told me it was a 2. Hour charge . $260.00. so I said fine .I dropped it off Friday at 1 as scheduled. And told the service department that I left the truck in neutral so the cable would not slip off the transmission and so they could pulled it in to your garage. I called them around three to see if my truck was done . The service guy told me that it was not done and he went to lunch when his mechanic tried to pull my truck into the garage. His mechanic left my truck in the parking lot because as he told the service guy it needed transmission work. I told him that he needed to have my truck completeed.by the end of the day and he said fine . When I went to get my truck around 6 pm they still had not done anything to my truck . So I had to crawl under my truck and hook up the cable back to the transmission and drive it home which it popped off three times on my stops where I severely burnt my left fore arm three times putting the cable back on . I then drove my truck back to the dealership to pick up my parts . Then I came home and let my truck cool off and put the cable myself in 30 minutes, and let me say this I'm not a mechanic I'm a carpenter . With nothing but a screwdriver. So not only did they not do the work but they were going to seriously over charge me . More
Good experience with the salesperson but complete incompetence from then on. 5 phone calls that were never returned. Finally got hold of management at the corporate office to respond. They’re mistake in the finance department cost us money, time off work and a 2 hour round trip to sort out. Will NEVER return! More
