Damaged my MKC; tried to avoid responsibility. Oil changed; filler cap left off; 1 1/2 qts oil sucked out onto engine. Unplanned service prompt and courteous My MKC’s electronics were acting funny and I couldn’t use Navigation or turn the radio off. I stopped by Plaza without an appointment. The service rep came out and tried to determine the problem. When she couldn’t she made a scheduled appointment for a couple of hours later. The problem was resolved and I got my SUV back all clean and shiny! More

Worst communication ever!!! While I was waiting in the waiting area (which I was told it would take 2 and 1/2 hours for my service) half way thru I was told the mechanic went to While I was waiting in the waiting area (which I was told it would take 2 and 1/2 hours for my service) half way thru I was told the mechanic went to lunch!!! xxx!!! I would of thought that he would have finished the job before going to lunch. So 4 hours and 10 minutes later it still was not finished (car was supposed to be detailed after service) I told them to forget about detail I was leaving.... When I addressed my concerns to service manager I was told "any normal person takes a lunch regardless if the customer is waiting" Not this girl.... NEVER AGAIN!!!! More
