From the moment I first talked to her she made me feel that she cared for my needs and understood where I was coming from. Test drove two Civics EX-L and Touring and just when we thought that my mind was made up and right about closing the deal I had a change of heart and saw the Accord, so I told her and she offered to show it to me, I declined and said there is no need I know that it is the one I want. Her reply: I don't want you to buy either one if you are not sure, but if you are to buy this one you need to drive it to make sure that it feels right. It was late and raining, no problem for her, she went out, got the car and we went for a ride.
