After receiving a lease offer from Landmark Honda a week prior, I traveled an hour from DC due to my rapport with Rodney. Rodney's sales manager, Chad Hiner, assured me over the phone (through Rodney) that they would give me the monthly lease price I was looking for. However, when I arrived Mr. Hiner claimed that a small dent on the tailgate of my 2009 CRV would adversely affect its trade-in value, and on those grounds he made me an offer $40 higher than the price I wanted. Rodney effectively communicated to Chad that I thought that was nonsense, and Chad quickly returned with an offer that was $35 lower. When my current lease expires, I will likely do business with them again. Having found an honest man like Rodney in a car dealership of all places was a most pleasant surprise. More

After a few days of VERY dedicated looking on my part from Maryland to Va Beach, the guys at Pohanka Fredericksburg were the lowest price and they were friendly while doing it. There was a near miss when their internet sales guy nearly scored Landmark Honda the sale(failure to negotiate price and feet dragging), but AJ saved the sale and was able to convince me to keep Pohanka in mind until Mr. Altman could work out an arrangement that worked for all of us. Without fowling up the sales guy’s mojo I can say we got out the door for well under 33k (tax tags fright). The trade in value they gave us for our old car was just barley under the stated KBB for a trade in. All of this combined with the stellar customer service from AJ and ED had us pleased with Honda and planning on returning in eight months when it’s time to replace our other vehicle. More
The dealership beat my best price for a new Honda Fit so I decided to give them a try from over an hour away with several other dealerships just down the road. I am extremely happy I decided to make this decision as dealing with Pohanka Honda made the new car process a dream. I had visited several others and got the typical run around from the sales manager but every step along the way Pohanka made it almost an enjoyable experience to shell out the money for the car. I would highly recommend this dealership especially Sales Consultant Bobby Dobbins and the internet sales consultant Richard Beauchamp. The only hiccup was dealing with the Finance Manager who tried to get his last little upsell in for Tire and Paint coverages but that is his job and it was not very hard to say no. Overall a great experience. Hopefully I will not be in the market for a new car for quite some time but when the time arises I will check with Pohanka Honda first. More

The salesman that we ended up dealing with (Joe Manga) wa and Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg had a great selection so we stopped in to take a look. The salesman that we ended up dealing with (Joe Manga) was very cordial and was not high pressure. We ended up driving a number of different cars and settled on a 2012 Honda Accord with less than 300 miles -- it doesn't get more gently used than that! The price was a little bit more than I wanted to spend but the Pohanka team worked with us on that and my wife and I walked away knowing that we got a good deal and more importantly knowing that we have a great car that will last a long time. Tim was an excellent sales associate who gave me options that fit my needs without any high pressure pitches. He was always quick to respond whether it was by phone, or email. I owned a Honda for about 12 years and wanted to continue with another. I contacted the internet sales of Pohanka and set up an appointment with Jerrod. I ended up going with a new CRV with a lease to own option mainly because of the the warranties and starting with something new is exciting. The price per month was near my budget and getting something new made it worth it. Jerrod was friendly and non pressuring while being knowledgeable about Honda's.
