Extremely Satisfied Customer I was in the market to purchase a used car and really didn't want to deal with the used car dealers. I spent weeks online looking for the right car in I was in the market to purchase a used car and really didn't want to deal with the used car dealers. I spent weeks online looking for the right car in my price range. I found one slightly higher on Pohanka's website and figured I'd give them a shot and see what they had in stock on being prepared for the used car sales that were received on trade in over the weekend. I worked with Steven Guzman. I was very pleased they were able to work a deal with me in my price range and were very accommodating. I found them very fair and trustworthy. I would seriously consider this dealership on a future purchase. BTW, the new sales manager was tremendous and upfront. He didn't play games and that was refreshing. More

Pleasant car buying experience Yes, buying a new or used car can be frustrating, we all can agree on that. And, I can definitely be unpleasant to deal with in these situations, on occasion. But, this time it was simply pleasant. We were greeted by Briana and the process improved from there. She is quite new and we were her first sale, and we're proud to be her first. She listened to our needs/wants and helped us find what we were looking for with NO pressure, NO upsale. The process took a little longer than what would be ideal, but in their defense we ended up getting a car which was parked in a spot requiring the movement of several vehicles. Bottom line, Briana was awesome, her manager Dave was very easy and pleasant to work with and everyone else provided an overall positive vibe and experience. Go there, ask for Briana, work nicely with her and you'll leave happy. More
