First New Car I had an awesome experience at Pohanka Hyundai of Fredericksburg. Every other dealership I went to was very pushy and too aggressive trying to sell me I had an awesome experience at Pohanka Hyundai of Fredericksburg. Every other dealership I went to was very pushy and too aggressive trying to sell me a vehicle when I had already told them that at I was casually looking. At Pohanka Hyundai of Fredericksburg they allowed the car to sell itself while providing me the information I wanted/needed in a non-aggressive manner. I fell in love with the car and was able to get the special features I wanted, even though the car did not come with it. They were very patient in understanding it was my first time buying a new car. They gave me a great deal and I am so beyond happy with my car! More

Painful Travis was great and the painful part of the process had nothing to do with him. The manager that we were working with for a price (never met this per Travis was great and the painful part of the process had nothing to do with him. The manager that we were working with for a price (never met this person) was not willing to negotiate on a price and I felt like my business was not wanted so I walked out the first time. I only came back to the dealership because I did not want to drive 30 miles to get a vehicle even though they were offering more for purchasing at a cheaper price. The price of the vehicle the second time I went in went up even though it should be going down since we were getting closer to the end of the model year. I was not out to cheat the dealership out of money, I just wanted to get a good deal on a car that allowed the dealership to still make money. Did I get a good deal? I do not think so based upon the price and the little incentives included with purchasing at Pohanka. I am still finding plastic that was not taken off during the detailing 3 weeks after I purchased the car so I don't know how much of a detail I got on the car I received. More
