Nice looking place but they jerked me around a bit. I saw my dream car(red 2012 TT FJ Cruiser) on their website in February of 2015 on a Friday and was there the next day to hopefully get it. The salesperson,Suzanne although very nice seemed like she was a newbie and struggled with answering some basic questions which I can't really blame her for inexperience. Overall I was treated quite nicely but they offered a laughable amount for my trade-in which we finally came to an agreed price and as all dealerships do they tried to tack on extras that I really didn't need and promptly refused. After doing research the price I paid was very fair considering it was a very limited edition with relatively low mileage for an FJ. I would recommend them but like all car dealerships keep your eyes wide open and your BS meter on high gear. More

Worst place to ever buy a car!!! Everyone and i mean everyone there is rude with ZERO communication to clients! I puchased a defected car from them 10days ago i have been in there 3times, to have it eas everyone there is rude with ZERO communication to clients! And they dont tell me whats going on! xxx!!! They are all lazy & rude people! I am ready to return the xxxx car and tell them to shove it! There are better places out there to puchase a car. Very untrustworthy dealership! They cant buy my trust back. I am very discouraged. More

I had a new battery installed in my 2009 Venza. What I am about to say might seem very minor to you but I am a detail person and I always check the work performed. The technician did n0t take the time to clean off the battery acid from the old battery off the hold down clamp of the battery. This might seem minor,but not to me. For the price of $99.00,this should have been done. This is why I did not rate this experience as "GREAT" More

The people who worked there were very friendly and easy to communicate with, HOWEVER, 1) I was waiting there for two hours unnecessarily (see below) for a service that should have been easily done in a to communicate with, HOWEVER, 1) I was waiting there for two hours unnecessarily (see below) for a service that should have been easily done in a shorter amount of time 2) I received a call from home saying Pohanka called my house to tell me that my car has been ready for a long time now and that they were about to close, WHEN THEY SENT ME TO THE WAITING ROOM, NOT HOME. MY PAPER SPECIFICALLY HAD "WAITING" WRITTEN ON IT. 3) Before my car was taken back I left a $20 bill wrapped up in a plastic bag in my console box. Granted, it was very naive of me to leave a $20 bill in my car while it was being serviced, however, It was deliberately wrapped up and tucked inside my box which you had to open and look through to find. NO ONE had to look through that box in order for my car to be serviced. They only had to install a new computer in my vehicle. I find it very sad that people would do such a thing, but it is a reality. However, to have a successful business, you must have reliable workers. I would NOT suggest going there to pohanka, however if you do, MAKE SURE ALL VALUABLES ARE TAKEN OUT. Nothing is safe! Note: The one person there that I would recommend is Steve McMaster, he is the Assistant Service Manager and is very friendly and helpful, however, as a manager I believe he should be aware of what his workers are doing while servicing cars. Price was same as quoted on internet for new Highlander. Allthough offered, no high pressure sale for extras. Less than 2hrs total at dealership. Service department topnotch.
