My Review of Pompano Honda:
I have been to Pompano Honda a handful of times for the last 5 years and I find the services prices always a lot more than anticipated but since it's close to where i live I take it there for routine maintenance. Last week I brought it there because the check engine light came on and I wanted them to investigate. They wanted to charge me close to $500 which I thought was outrageous. I told them i would get a second opinion and the employee got very annoyed and condescending. He tried to charge me $50.00 for diagnosing the "problem".This was something that was not agreed upon beforehand so he said fine forget and abruptly got my car and drove it around for me to pick up. A day later I am driving my car to work and all of the sudden hot air s coming out of the ac vent. I found this quite coincidental. After taking it to an honest friend of the family he pretty much confirmed that something had been done to the condenser. Obviously I can't prove it was the Honda employee that broke my ac because I did not see him do it but I have had that car for 10 years and I have never had a problem before and find it quite coincidental that the employee was pissed off that I did not buy the bogus service he was offering. Never going there again.

My Review of Pompano Honda:
Customer brought car into service due to road noise. Dealer found defect in door jam and door alignement off. Replaced door jam. Noise continued, door still does not lined up. Service manager gave song and dance. "I refuse to fix the door" We might bend or break it. Then it might need a new door. This is a new vehicle, with a minor defect. They REFUSED SERVICE on My Honda. Mr. "Brent Fisher" said to take it to another dealer. And wait around well drive it but, it won't get fixed. Thanks guys.
Worst dealer ever. Looking forward to getting my car fixed. I am making formal complaint with company, it will be fixed.

I got the decent internet price but watch out when you go to the finance room, they try to rip you off!!!! for my case they just overcharged me for the transfer registration fees, when i asked he said he will refund me but he never did. After many attemps i gave up and wish for the rest of his life will live like in hell !!!

i was told one lie after the other. i bought a 2000 grand am and had to find the dash was rolled up myself. i was told it wasnt that bad when i recieved it part of the dash was in glove box. the check engine lite was on. your ad on ebay said excellent dash dont believe me go pull it up i have it saved on my computer,i have the proof of every thing i say and i intend to turn in to bbb of fl. and rip off report. i was told by lee your reputation was more important than the cars you sale. i really hope your dealership never rips anybody else off but i think not.

My Review of Pompano Honda:
Never tell this dealer to do a service "by the book." Their interpretation of "by the book" service work is not consistent with what Honda recommends in the owners manual. Apparently, when confronted by this after the fact neither the service manager nor the dealer owner care. No apology, no refund, no nothing. Sherwood Honda in Delray is a better choice.
