Fantastic service experience overall, from intake, to communication during the process, quality of work done, and retrieving my Taycan. Never go here for out of warranty service. I came in for an inspection on my 6 year old 60k mile Cayenne S. They found over $20k of services to do and held the inspection hostage over 4 upper I came in for an inspection on my 6 year old 60k mile Cayenne S. They found over $20k of services to do and held the inspection hostage over 4 upper control arm seals. I gave them my warranty company who was willing to pay for the replacement (wow, good on them!) but at wholesale for the parts and at their $300/hr labor rate but at the Alldata book time for the hours. This dealer not only wanted to take 150% longer (3.8 hrs vs 2.4) they wanted to charge way over MSRP for the parts and double what a quick search could find OEM replacement parts for from another authorized local dealer. Their response was “we don’t match prices.” Beware, not all Porsche dealers are created equal. Yes, Porsches are expensive to maintain, but as someone that has lived in multiple states and owned 6 different Porsches this is the most absurd price gouging I have ever come across. More

My anniversary/retirement gift from my husband was a Porsche.  I went to Porsche Annapolis, and Jake, my sale person was very helpful.  He showed me several options.  There was one in a blue I loved.  I Porsche.  I went to Porsche Annapolis, and Jake, my sale person was very helpful.  He showed me several options.  There was one in a blue I loved.  I didn’t buy that day, but could not stop thinking about it.  I called a few weeks later and made an all cash offer.  This offer was accepted and agreed to by Jay the other sales person, then said he would be calling me back in just a minute for the deposit. I was waiting for the call back to give the deposit and then would be taking a cashiers check for the remainder of the agreed upon price.  I was very excited, this was my dream car.  I received a call from the sales person Jay hours later only to be told “sorry I just sold that car”.   My husband called and spoke to the manager Taryn who stated that even with the deposit it was not a binding contract so therefore they could still sell the car if they wanted to. And they did just that. Not where I come from, a deal had been made.  My husband is a business owner and being a retired former business owner there were many times I could have made more money on something I was holding a deposit on.  I have more integrity than that.  Due to our business practice of “a deal is a deal” we have both been successful.  I have since gone to another dealership and gotten my dream car.  Due to the lack of integrity of both the manager Taryn and the sales person Jay at Porsche Annapolis I would not recommend this dealership.  Which is unfortunate because working with Jake was a great experience. More
