He was knowledgeable of the issues I was having with my Cayenne and delivered in quality service maintenance. He followed up with me sharing information via text messages. Tony's demeanor is pleasant, enthusiastic and professional. The gentlemen that handles the loaner cars is such a great young man too; his name is Johnny. Great service coupled with great ppl skills goes a long way and is not lost on me. Porsche Atlanta Perimeter is now my "Go To" service dealership. Great Care-Taking!!! My vehicle had a warranty issue. This required the dealership to order the replacement part from Germany. I will tell you Katherine S. was amazing!! She called me and texted me to ensure I was consistently informed of the status of my vehicle. I felt extremely well taken care of.....this is stellar customer service. I think merchants often forget about customers after the "deal" is closed. But what brings the customer back is the service. Porsche Atlanta Perimeter has a great team.
