Beautiful facility, professional staff, confidence in technicians. I do feel there was a lack of communication as it relates to loaner cars. I was not told upfront there would be a charge. Then I get the technicians. I do feel there was a lack of communication as it relates to loaner cars. I was not told upfront there would be a charge. Then I get the itemized bill and there is a $30 miscellaneous fee. I had to ask for an explanation. Why is it even listed as “misc?” I was only told I did not have to return it with gas. Never told there was a fee. Left a bad impression More

I dropped off my 911 on August 29th and was able to pick it up on September 3rd. While I wasn’t initially aware that the service would take several days, my advisor, Isaac Loutenstock, was extremely communi it up on September 3rd. While I wasn’t initially aware that the service would take several days, my advisor, Isaac Loutenstock, was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. Even though I was without a car for a few days, Isaac went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of, arranging and covering all of my transportation needs. Porsche’s level of service and support during this time was great, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and care I received. More
