Poor Service Hail damage - Be aware that Porsche Oklahoma City - Bob Moore Porsche will leave your car outside. They have routinely kept my Cayenne Turbo and Panam Hail damage - Be aware that Porsche Oklahoma City - Bob Moore Porsche will leave your car outside. They have routinely kept my Cayenne Turbo and Panamera Turbo for 3 to 4 weeks at a time for service work, always leaving it outside. Know this- They will not accept liability for damage to your car while it's in their care, Yet try bringing a loaner car back with hail damage---To add insult to injury, they were completely ok with delivering my car back to me unwashed after 4 weeks of being outside. More

I had an appointment to service my car yesterday. I took it in and Bob Moore Porsche put it outside of the shop yesterday afternoon so they could pull in their cars. My car is demolished. I simply asked w it in and Bob Moore Porsche put it outside of the shop yesterday afternoon so they could pull in their cars. My car is demolished. I simply asked why they didn't just CALL me and tell me they were putting it outside, that way I could have come and got it and put it in my garage. Lonnie the shop manager response was "get him his keys and he can take his car". A simple phone call is all it would have taken. More
