Terrible experience I called Joe Rizza Porsche and spoke with the general manager before driving two hours to be sure that a brand new car with only 200 miles was clean o I called Joe Rizza Porsche and spoke with the general manager before driving two hours to be sure that a brand new car with only 200 miles was clean of any damage and I was assured it was. When I got there, there was damage ALL OVER the car. He offered to "buff out" gouges and chips and when asked if I could get a good deal on a new one because of the inconvenience he said no and walked away. I would never buy a car from someone I don't trust and from a dealership with a general manager who acted in that way. So disappointed as I really wanted that car. It's a shame that they let people like that (Aaron) run car dealerships (and this one a Porsche yet!!!). Please save time and go to any other Porsche dealer. Let my experience save you from having a bad one also. Do NOT trust these guys. More

Corrie (sales consultant) was great and super responsive, and Aaron (GM) was refreshingly transparent and totally honest. He gave me a fair trade-in on my S6, he gave me a terrific price on the 911, and there were no surprises in the finance office at closing...their numbers matched my numbers to the cent (I can't say the same for a dealer in Highland Park). At delivery, the whole team pitched in to program the car, link my phone, transfer stuff from my old vehicle, familiarize me with my new car, and congratulate me on my new purchase. By far the easiest, most pleasurable car buying experience I've ever had. They have a customer for life. More

I was ready to order a highly customized 2015 Macan Turbo with almost all the options that you could want. That location is over 1 hour from my home. I made multiple trips to that dealer location to demonstrate my loyalty and willingness to work with them. So what went wrong? I wanted that loyalty reciprocated. I asked my dealer to give me discount on the Macan Turbo. Show me that they understand that my purchase was Value Added to them. **DEALER ANSWER: Sorry Doc there is Zero discount on the Macan. It is too new and too highly desired. I can't do anything for you! No one will give you a discount on this car it's too new. **MY RESPONSE: Silence! I thought to myself "really... No one will give me a discount...We'll see!" **THE NEXT DAY: I made three phone calls to three different dealers. The third phone call I got a response from a real person available to talk to me. Another great experience I just received my 2nd Porsche from Aaron and the team at Joe Rizza Porsche. The service level was even better than the first time. The vehicle buying experience was painless and I could not be happier. Great Service Experience I bought a car from Joe Rizza Porsche about a year ago and have been dreading that something may go wrong with my car eventually and sure enough it di I bought a car from Joe Rizza Porsche about a year ago and have been dreading that something may go wrong with my car eventually and sure enough it did, I needed a Bearing replacement, Upon calling the store, Bob the service advisor was very pleasant and knowledgable about my problem, Bob explained the cost of the parts and labor associated with the repair and assured me that the car would be in good hands and repaired properly, Bob offered me a Loaner car which was great since my car was my daily commuter and was currently out of commission so this helped a ton. To make a long story short, My car turned out great, no issues and there were no surprises when I went to pay my bill. Thanks Bob, Great Job. Martin G. More
