When we went to shop for a car, we were introduced to Tony Nguyen and he was very courteous and helpful of introducing the car we were looking for! I wanted to build a car with the options I need. So I had to wait 2-3 months for the car to be build overseas. Tony was Very Good at communicating and called me several time to give me updates on the status of the car. Jay Baik was also helpful on walking us through with the financing process. The whole experience was EXCELLENT! I had the pleasure of dealing with Domenic Macchia at Walters Porsche and he took the time to explain to be what my true service needs were and made me feel very comfortable when leaving my car. He even offered to to take out a small door ding on my for free that was on my car when I purchased it (which I though was nice). For instance, we requested an additional item for our vehicle that was not in stock. Giovanni and Bob took the initiative by having that item expedited to our home.
