Tim Churchill, and in his absence Scott McCloud, each made the purchase and delivery of my 2015 Porsche Carrera at Walter's Porsche a most pleasant ex Tim Churchill, and in his absence Scott McCloud, each made the purchase and delivery of my 2015 Porsche Carrera at Walter's Porsche a most pleasant experience. The wait time from order placement to delivery was "nail biting" but these guys kept me informed from the time it was built to it's arrival at the Port of San Diego and on to the dealership in Riverside. I started to email Taylor about the purchase when I was out of the country 2 months ago. I was in the other side of earth , but Taylor was willing to help me out and make my purchase go smooth. I was unavailable to pick my new car until this Saturday (05/16), because I need my boyfriend drop me off at Walters and another car back to Irvine. Taylor was kindly to pick me up at Irvine on the Thursday, so I could get my Macan earlier. This has been the best car buying experience I ever had in the U.S. I would strongly recommend this dealership and Taylor to anyone who consider Porsche in southern California. More

We went to the dealer to look at Caymans and drove several of them. Also drove a Boxter just as a comparison. We then went on our way with zero pressure or hard sell. A very relaxing afternoon. After getting home and discussing it, called Tim and went back to the dealer to finish the deal. Even though it was late on a Sunday afternoon, we never felt rushed or hurried. All in all just a great shopping and buying purchase from start to finish. Oh and the car is spectacular! More

New Porsche Macan Purchase Last weekend I purchased a new Macan S from Walters Porsche. I was pleasantly surprised to find a lightly optioned Macan S at the dealership that was not already sold! This is the second car I have purchased from Walters Porsche, and the customer service experience was (once again) outstanding. I worked with John Beech on my Macan purchase (as well as my previous Porsche purchase); he is a real pro. John is a genuinely nice person and extremely knowledgeable of all the Porsche vehicles. Walters gave me a very fair trade-in on my Toyota 4 Runner; maybe I can thank the fact that they were not super busy due to the big fight and basketball/hockey playoffs! John took me on a great test ride to put the Macan through it's paces and I was sold. Before going through finance and signing the purchase documents, I explained to John that my wife (who was not with me!) needed to sign the documents as well in order to keep me out of hot water! John got approval to follow me home back to Orange County so my wife could sign all the documents. Thanks for everything John……I will certainly be back for my next Porsche at some point in the future!! More

Financing was quick and McDonald made the whole transaction a pleasant and hassle free experience. I recommend this facility to anyone looking to purchase a Porsche, Mercedes or Audi. It should be noted that I leased a Mercedes E350 from Walter's several years ago and the experience was relatively the same. The service department was outstanding. More

Four Porsches later (after a 356A, 914, and a 987 Boxster) thanks to Scott McCloud and Walter's Porsche, I now have the pleasure of owning a late model 981 Boxster S, which has to be one of the best examples of Porsche design and engineering ever! After seeing the car for sale on the Walter's web site I went to the dealership to have a closer look. Scott saw me looking over the car on the lot and came out and introduced himself. He showed me the car and all of its many features that I'd been reading about, and then we took test drive. Wow!! This was exactly the one I was looking for, including the (rare) 6 speed manual option. We went back to his office and discussed purchasing details and options. The next day after thinking it over, I told Scott I was happy with the deal we had discussed and was ready to buy the car. He then had the car washed and detailed and readied for pickup. After signing all the papers I was soon on my way to my newest Porsche unique driving experience! Wow--what a great car! And what a pleasurable purchasing experience, the BEST ever(!), was with Scott McCloud, a very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable rep, and I'm sure a great asset to Walter's Porsche.
