Both Ed and Bob are experienced drivers and are very knowledgeable about the characteristics of the various models. I regularly see Bob and the general manager, Ed McRae, when I visit the dealership or driving events, and they always have time to answer my questions or help with any issue I may have. It’s just like being a member of the family. As a result, I already have a good start on deciding which model to buy from Walter’s for my second car. I have had the pleasure of chatting a couple of times with the owner, Walter Kienle. During the conversations, it became clear that he has a policy of straightforward, fair treatment of the customers. This customer first attitude is reflected throughout the dealership. I told him I didn't want to spend a lot of time in the dealership because March Madness was going on. He took all of my info and later picked me up at my home to lessen time spent away from home. Once I arrived the car was almost completey detailed and ready to go.
