I visited on 3/26 with financing already approved through my bank, and funding instructions had already been sent directly to the dealership. My sales rep, Luis Rengifo, reviewed my trade-in but pushed to tr my bank, and funding instructions had already been sent directly to the dealership. My sales rep, Luis Rengifo, reviewed my trade-in but pushed to try Porsche Financial instead. When they were unable to secure an approval, they then refused to move forward with my existing bank approval. He told me the finance manager still needed to call my bank to verify the approval, despite already having funding instructions. I was told they would follow up, but I never heard back. When I mentioned it might be best to go to a dealership more familiar with outside financing, he responded “okay, sounds good” instead of trying to assist. I ended up going to the Sugar Land location, where I received a $6,000 higher trade-in offer and they had no issue accepting my bank financing. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience due to poor communication and lack of professionalism. More

My service advisor, Tyler, was excellent—he addressed all my concerns, kept me updated quickly, and provided a clear timeline for completion. Everything was covered under my CPO warranty, and I was able to reserve a rental car, which made the process even easier. My car was ready in just 3 days. Overall, a smooth and professional experience. Very happy with the service and repairs! More
