I’ve had a very positive experience with Porsche West Houston, especially working with Tyler S. One thing that really stood out was his willingness to work with my extended warranty. I had been to anothe Houston, especially working with Tyler S. One thing that really stood out was his willingness to work with my extended warranty. I had been to another dealership that wasn’t interested in going through the process, but Tyler took the time to make it happen. He understood the value of the coverage I had and worked to make sure it was actually used instead of brushing it aside. Being without my car for a couple of weeks wasn’t ideal, but I felt confident it was in good hands. The quality of the work from the technicians was worth the wait, and it’s clear the service department takes pride in what they do. If you’re looking for a dealership that will advocate for you instead of taking the easy route, I’d definitely recommend Porsche West Houston.
