I purchased a 2024 Porsche Cayenne S 12/14/2023 Verbally the salesman and the person that did the paperwork said that I would have no cost oil change at 10,000 miles and 20,000 miles. i explained to both I the salesman and the person that did the paperwork said that I would have no cost oil change at 10,000 miles and 20,000 miles. i explained to both I did not drive a lot and would be over a year before I would need an oil change. Porsche has an app that mointors and provides information. 6/16/2025 the app noted that the milage was 10,200 miles and needed an oil change. I called the service department and was told the no cost oil change was for 1 year and ii could use the 2nd year. I expect to receive the what I was told at the sale 12/13/2013. More
