Two months, and I have been without a car, unable to use what I paid for. During that time, your team has replaced the transmission, accelerator pedal, throttle body, computer… and the vehicle is still not fixed. From the outside, it looks like they are guessing. No clear repair, no solid explanation, no confident diagnosis. And the most disappointing part was the recent conversation I had: I was told that I “wasn’t going to like the offer” because now the vehicle is considered “used.” With all due respect: Used by who? Because I have never been able to use this vehicle, not even for a single day. All I have done is continue paying for a car that has been in your service department since the beginning.
