I had a great experience purchasing my new Nissan Rogue from Mike Wirth at Poughkeepsie Nissan in Wappingers Falls. Vinnie treated me horribly. My 2023 Nissan Leaf will no longer hold a charge at only 28000 miles. I was stranded and desperately needed help and or a charge of the battery. V My 2023 Nissan Leaf will no longer hold a charge at only 28000 miles. I was stranded and desperately needed help and or a charge of the battery. Vinnie offered neither. He told me to go to Chipotle to charge my battery. Chipotle? I didn’t buy this car from Chipotle. I bought it from Poughkeepsie Nissan and I expected help from them. Vinnie just turned me away with tears in my eyes. Now Nissan is refusing to honor their warranty. The warranty is for 100,000 miles or the year 2026. This 2023 Nissan Leaf has 28,000 miles on it and it will not hold a charge of the battery. The battery used to give 150 miles per charge. Now it only gives 60 miles per charge and Nissan of North America is saying “too bad”. I have to keep paying a car note on a car that is now useless. Don’t buy a Nissan Leaf and if you do, don’t expect Vinnie at Poughkeepsie’s Nissan to be helpful. More
