Top service experience I have been trying for 10 years to find a service department I trusted. I have found that in Poughkeepsie Nissan. I have been screwed over multiple times by dealers selling me unnecessary work for rediculous prices. I had a bad alternator and needed a new battery and they fixed it no problem and the service a manager Greg Gatto even helped me out with the pricing of the battery. The front desk staff at Nissan.. I think they call them service writers are OUT OF THIS WORLD. One man named Ed was so sweet and so knowledgable it blew me away and made me feel so comfortable. The mechanic who worked on my car Gareth A Brown took me on a test drive to make sure I was satisfied with the work done. I feel so safe driving my car now with no noise, no check engine lights, and no problems. I will be taking my car back there as soon as it's needed! More
