Bad experience. Brought my van in am to check battery light on. Found out my alternator was bad and need replacement. Then when i was going to work at 3pm, the car stalled on me, and engine died on the road. I had to call a tow truck and lose a day from work. So pissed and dissapointed. 1st visit after 18 months of owning my Honda See Marco in the service department. He was great. Took care of me right away, stayed in touch through the duration of having my vehicle, made sure See Marco in the service department. He was great. Took care of me right away, stayed in touch through the duration of having my vehicle, made sure I was happy before hanging up each and every time. Upon pick up, Marco walked me through everything dome to my vehicle, went over the invoice, made sure I didn't have any questions before sending me to the cashier. This was the best experience I've have with any service department. Management should consider him being a trainer as he truly sets a great example that others should follow for continued customer retention and satisfaction. More

Took my car in for service today When I got there, it was very crowded but I had made an appointment and within minutes I was greeted and assisted. Mario Araiza was awesome! He checked the history on my car, let me know of a few recent recalls they had been notified about (I had not even received the info yet). Explained everything. They did the normal maintenance (since I always go there they give me 10% off!) and took care of an odd squeak that I had when turning left - apparently they had some kind of tech note on it so were able to fix at no charge. I was in and out in under 2 hours even with the large crowd! Will continue to go back. While I waited, I plugged in my computer, used their free wifi, had some great coffee from their cool machine and was able to get work done. This is a huge benefit as well. More

I found it odd that Honda doesn't provide rental vehicles, yet Mike told me that since I have the Honda Extended Warranty that they would pay for my rental. Good thing I bought it! Mike was great though and I would highly recommend working with Mike. More
Michael was extremely knowledgable and friendly. He explained the breakdown of the service in detail, arranged a shuttle service for me and my 2 children home as the wait was quite a few hours.
