If I could give it negative stars, I would. I can’t attest for the sales side, but their service department is complete rubbish. Firstly they refused to recognize our warranty until we had the original dealership speak to them. They then billed the warranty twice for “repairs”. Not only do they never have clear and concise information for you, but their communication skills are also garbage. I don’t know if they do it intentionally, but after five months of the Ford Explorer having a battery drain, they tell us they can’t figure it out. Mind you, they’re still charging us for parts they ordered, but then it turns out the part they replaced was unnecessary and didn’t fix the problem. But apparently that responsibility falls on me, not on their diagnostic staff. They try their best not to give out loaners, probably because a majority of their customers are returning their cars for repairs that haven’t been done properly so they always seem to need an abundance. They’ve had the car for two weeks since the last time we tested it, and we have not received one phone call. Still making payments on a vehicle that I cannot drive, and at the mercy of the only ford dealership within a 70mi radius, this is the most ludicrous situation I’ve ever had the misfortune to experience. I wonder if I’ll ever get that car back. At this point they could just suggest a kill switch but instead they prefer to stare at it and scratch their heads. More

I could not make a deal with them, but it was not their fault. I could not afford the 2007 Ridgeline they had .. they would not budge an inch on the price. I am not being critical necessarily... They were above the blue book price by quite a bit and I thought they might come down so I could afford to ship the vehicle, but they would not... Texted Aaron at Newport Power and confirmed that the car we were looking at and that I had already gotten a price online for and to make sure he’ll be there. We get tired of the salesmen routine so tell them we’re going to lunch. We decided not to go back but on our way home we are on our way towards we’re they actually have the vehicle according to the text I received so we decided to stop. While we were there- the price I was quoted wasn’t honored and they didn’t offer negotiate at all. After everything they put us through. I am planning on buying a new electric vehicle this year too and it WILL not be through Power More
