This dealership pays attention to customer service. I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership since 1990. My wife and I both have cars now from the dealership. I have 100,000+ miles on my RDX n I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership since 1990. My wife and I both have cars now from the dealership. I have 100,000+ miles on my RDX now but love the car so much I will drive it until 200,000 miles and then trade it in for a new RDX. The service we have received at this dealership over the years has been outstanding. Getting a loaner car when I get service is very important to me and very appreciated. More

Consistently professional and reliable I've been dealing with Precision for both sales and service for 10 years. My visit today was to service my 5 year old MDX. As usual, I was greeted by friendly staff, immediately met with a service manager and was in my loaner car and back out on the road in less than 15 minutes. The service manager was attentive and listened to the minor issues I was having with my vehicle. I received a call when the work was completed and when I returned all the work that was done was reviewed with me. To top it off, the car was returned washed and vacuumed. More
