Putting a paper floor mat down should be a given. grease on the floor carpet mats should never happen. I am sure the tech just forgot. Brian was great for taking care of me after I brought my truck in the wrong day for the air bags to be replaced and I thank him for fitting me in rather than having me come back another day.
