Chris was very helpful in every contact we had. He was available to answer any questions and really talked us through all of our options in a car purchase or lease. It was also very helpful that the dealership took care of our new plates for the car, etc.

I visited this dealer twice before I decided to buy. Both times prior to purchasing I worked with Roy and test drove two different Jeep Wranglers. Roy was very patient each time, answering my questions and listening to my concerns. He's very knowledgeable. What made me decide to purchase from Precision, specifically from Roy was that he was VERY low pressure - he made me comfortable. Today I test drove, purchased and drove home in my new Jeep. There was a slight miscommunication during the final transaction, but Roy's manager - Joe made it right. I will be referring my friends and family to Precision Jeep and especially Roy. Thank you!

I have always received premiere service from the dealership. From the purchase of my car in 2008 and indluding any and all service related issues since. I travel all the way from Bloomfield, NJ because of the service I receive.

We could not have been more satisfied with the service we received from precision in butler. Roy our salesman went out of his way to find us the jeep we wanted. we stopped in on sat looking for a jeep and although they did not have what we wanted in stock, roy located the exact one we wanted and had it at the dealership ready for us on monday. Our salesman Roy listened to all of our preferences, explained thoroughly all of our options and then found the Jeep we wanted. Thanks to Roy's taking the time to listen to us and getting what we asked for we now have
a new jeep liberty and couldnt be happier with it. Roy's professionalism, product knowledge, friendly manner and the price of our new jeep left us very satified with this dealership. We would definitely recommend Precision & Roy to friends and family.

Great dealership , friendly and knowledgable staff service manager and staff are friendly and accommodated me in scheduling service and oil changes for my vehicle on Saturdays even though they were extremely busy! Will definitely be back when we are ready for our next vehicle!

Upon entering the Service Area the first person to greet me Was Brian Pangione and he made me feel like I belonged at this dealership and I wanted to give him my service request. Very pleasant person and I decided this was going to be my dealership to bring my Van from now on. While I was waiting I visited the new car showroom and was greeted by Roy Nathans who was so easy to talk to and I felt like I wanted to sit and discuss a new vehicle with him. He spent over 45 minutes with me and I gained a level of confidence that other salespersons have not provided me with. I will lease my next Town & country from him.
