My "Go To" Jeep dealership!!! I am a die hard Jeep owner....just bought my 6th, the last 3 from Premier. My recent purchase was with Client Advisor Kyle Hein. Kyle was great.... Kyle was great....he walked us through the process in a very professional and friendly way. The entire experience was pleasant from the start. No pressure....no price dickering like we have experienced at other dealerships over the years. Honest. Straight forward. It was clear that customer service is a priority!!! This was our first lease and Kyle helped us with our decision making comparing the pros and cons of lease vs purchase. Kyle was very professional and made it an entirely pleasant experience. Also....another member of the Premier staff (Giovanni Richardson) walked us through the vehicle set up, all the instrumentation and electronics. Very helpful!!!!! Also....Kara Brunette walked us through the final paperwork to wrap up the sale.....and made it simple and easy to follow. Nice job. Great dealership! Great team!! Thank you!!! More

He knew how to navigate your online database efficiently to determine what Jeeps you had in stock that fit my needs. And when I did decide to buy the Grand Cherokee that I liked the best, the process of purchasing it (paperwork, etc.) was well handled. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Jeep or other vehicle at your dealership. This is the second used vehicle we have bought from you. We bought a used Jeep Liberty about 4-5 years ago and my wife still loves it. I think she loves my Grand Cherokee more, but I can't aford to buy her one right now. Maybe in a year or two. This review keeps getting scrubbed! "Jeep does not stand behind its product." In 2017 My wife and I purchased a 2017 Jeep Rubicon Recon. We started at Premier Jeep in Hyannis, they "Jeep does not stand behind its product." In 2017 My wife and I purchased a 2017 Jeep Rubicon Recon. We started at Premier Jeep in Hyannis, they would not come close to off Cape prices and we felt that they just didn't care, so we took our business off cape with the intention of having it serviced close to home, Big mistake! The Rubicon Recon was the top of the line “Trail Rated” Jeep at the time and we drove it off road and over rocks just as the advertisements suggest yet when a stub shaft broke on the trail we were told “the vehicle has to much trail damage to be covered under warranty”. The trial damage consist of dents and dings in skid plates and cross members. I did make some modifications (more skid plates, winch etc.) but nothing to the front locker or stub shaft. The jeep brand has portrayed themselves as THE off road vehicle, yet if you take it off road the warranty is null and void! Way to go Premier and Jeep in general, If you use your product the way it is advertised you never have to cover anything. Very disappointed. What every dealership should strive to be When I first met Kyle, he told me that he wasn't a sales associate, he was a Sales Advisor. Meaning he was there to guide me through the whole process, and help me find the car right for me, unlike traditional salesmen who seem to try to convince you that every package is a must. Throughout the whole process of buying my car, Kyle lived up to those words, "Sales Advisor". He was upfront about everything, and was more than willing to take the time to help me find the perfect car. When it's time to look for a new car in a few years, I will be going straight to Premier. More

I’ve shopped around for a new truck for almost 2 years and Rob Dombrowski was by far the easiest and most enjoyable to work with. He was always patient with my tire kicking and was never pushy and always willing to cut to the chase with letting me know the real numbers and incentives he could offer. Andrew Dent on the finance closing end was also personable and honest to work with. Wild highly recommend buy or leasing from Premier based on my experience. More
BEWARE! You are being overcharged! Without going into complete detail, I recently brought my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Premier Cape Cod for a camshaft replacement. Repair facilities a Without going into complete detail, I recently brought my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Premier Cape Cod for a camshaft replacement. Repair facilities across the country, including dealerships, use what are called Labor Guides to determine how many hours repair jobs should take. They are objective and usually fairly accurate. The camshaft replacement in my Jeep is listed in most guides as a procedure that should take between 14.5 and 19.5 hours. The service agent at Premier called to inform me that my extended warranty that I purchased from a third party would pay $3700.00 based on 19.6 hours, but because the job was going to take Premier 32 hours, I would have to pay $2300.00 out of pocket! 32 HOURS??!!!! A 13 hour difference between industry standards and Premier's labor figure?! I spoke to the service manager who told me that "Premier uses their own Labor Guide not the one everyone else uses" which would explain this scam. They subsequently reduced the extra labor to 6 hours or $1400 out of my pocket but the fact is, anyone who brings their vehicle to Premier Cape Cod is paying for repairs based on Premier's own inflated labor rates, not what the rest of the automotive world charges. If you've been happy with what you've paid for repairs at Premier, maybe you should go back and see how many hours you were charged for the work and compare the total with what the National Labor Guide specifies. You may not be so happy anymore. More
