I went to the dealership with low expectations as our credit had taken a hit with the recession and I'd had poor experiences with other dealers trying to capitalize on our situation. My wife and I went in looking for a new Nissan Versa as I knew it would be a good car for the bank to work with us in getting financing; however, upon driving the car it had poor acceleration with was a concern for me with the metro area interstates. We shared this concern with Semir who never applied any pressure, instead he simply walked us to the used car side and pointed out the best of what was available. We really liked an 08 Camry on the lot. After checking the car out with my mechanic, I discovered there could be an issue with the left axle or axle boot. They agreed to fix the problem if we decided to move on the car. Semir was a pleasure to work with. He made both me and my wife comfortable and did his best to look out for her when she had to come back to the dealership without me. David Nugyen, the finance manager, was equally pleasurable to work with. We even negotiated replacement of two front tires with the deal. The price point of the car was good, the car has low miles, is well kept, and our financing terms were generous. So, the reason for my rating of all 5's is simply from my experience, which I rate as top notch. By the way, I sold cars in the mid-90's for 3 years (Toyota, Lexus, and Ford) and I promise you, Sutherlin's service is far superior to those I worked for. I would recommend Semir, David and the customer svc mgr Danny, to anyone I know - and in fact I did so with my 2k+ Facebook friends! Sincerely, Mr. DL Smith More
Very often, we complain about poor service, but forget to acknowledge outstanding service. On two separate occasions, we have had the opportunity to work with Kevin Parsons and Leanne Knight. On both occasions, they were extremely courteous, patiently answered our questions, and provided outstanding service. We had a couple of significant repair needs that we were stressed about. When you live on a fixed income, large unexpected repairs can be unsettling. Kevin patiently explained the need for each and even took the time to tell us which were potential safety issues or could result in a future even larger repair. As a retired military family, he even made certain we were able to take advantage of the military discount. Once we realized the amount of the repair, Leanne graciously accommodated us with a complimentary rental and very carefully inspected the rental vehicle for any existing damage. During the past 30 days, we have spoken with 3 people who are in the market for a vehicle and unsure what type they want. All of them have been given Sutherlin Nissan as the best place to look. Our new neighbor drives a Nissan and we have given him Sutherlin’s name and directions so he can enjoy the same quality of service we have enjoyed. Thank you for hiring such qualified individuals. I bought a used car from Sutherlin Nissan with Vance. He was very cooperative with a making a sale, but did not care of offering customer service. Having the vehicle less than a month, brakes were completel was very cooperative with a making a sale, but did not care of offering customer service. Having the vehicle less than a month, brakes were completely gone. My wife and daughter were in the vehicle when the brakes went bad. I could have lost both of them. He never offered a carfax or show me any inspections of the vehicle. I went to Sutherlin to try to fix it and they gave me a hard time. Now my AC is gone and they knew it was bad and they put a lot of freon to keep it cool. David recommended I get extended warranty he said it covered the vehicle, it did not. I went back to see what they could do for me, basically he said IM SCREWED and I was pissing him off. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!! I would never buy a vehicle from them. All they care about is making a sale, they will lie just to get it. Please everyone DON'T get a vehicle from there, it almost took the life of my loved ones,that's how much they care. More

We bought a new Nissan Juke from Sutherlin on July 27, 2011. Our sales person was Vance Robinson and felt he was OUTSTANDING, before, during and after the sale. I was in and out the first day in less than an hour with a price quoted and approximate payment price. Vance and Susan were super helpful and friendly. I called Vance the next norning , answered several information questions and in an hour my new car was sitting waiting for me. I signed the peperwork, everything was just as promised and drove out after being introduced to the service manager totally happy and the experience was the best I have ever had . More
I went to the dealership told the salesman the amount my credit union would allow me to finance and the monthly payment i could afford. Three times he told me he could come very close to the figures i gave credit union would allow me to finance and the monthly payment i could afford. When he presented me with the figures, the price of the car was $3000.00 more then I could finance and $87.00 more then i told him I could afford in a monthly payment,plus the financing was for six years. I told him there was no way. I asked him what happened to coming very close to what I could afford. He told me I was living in a dream world and fighting a losing battle thinking I could get a new car for the monthly payment i could afford. I told him i would find a car with the monthly payment i could afford. He said where,what dealership, what car are you going to find for what you want to pay. I told him, i would and he said i dont think so. He started out acting professionally and when he found out he was not going to get his way the professionalism went out the window. I dont like being lied to and then when i question what is going on , being treated like a total moron. That is why i will never come to your dealership again or recommend it to anyone. More
They were very friendly. Everyone seemed really helpful and eager to help me. It was a fun and relaxed environment. I Purchased 2011,0% APR with good credit. Financier was not honest didn't give me the 0% APR. Now I drive 2011 0% APR Nissan rip off placards. I'll inform members of the 1.2 million ppl. This company has run newspaper adds for several weeks and NEVER have the sales cars and won't allow you to participate in buying. The car in question is a Versa hatchback which is advertised for %8999. When you visit you find one comparably equipped as the sale car but $5000 more!!!!!! Have called several times for the sale and ALWAYS BAIT AND SWITCH. More
