Exellent customer service I have a busy schedule and was not able to bring car in during the day. I dropped it off in the evening and the next morning my advisor called , let I have a busy schedule and was not able to bring car in during the day. I dropped it off in the evening and the next morning my advisor called , let me know they got car and keys and that the car looked good and just needed the normal service. She called shortly after and said it was done. They were able to take payment over the phone and locked the keys in car , under a big light, so that I was able to pick it up in the evening. More

In addition to completing the arranged service, they replace little things like light bulbs without being asked, always wash the car and point out any concerns they may have. In this case, they found a nail in our tire and although they could not repair it, they sent us straight to Discount Tire where it was promptly taken care of. Prescott Honda's attention to detail and care may have prevented a real problem down the road. Thank you! More
