I was looking for a used RX and went to Prestige to look for the car. I saw a RX450h that I liked but had some scratches on the right bumper and some smudges on the right two doors. The sales person Cl look for the car. I saw a RX450h that I liked but had some scratches on the right bumper and some smudges on the right two doors. The sales person Clinton was extremely helpful and went to talk to the used sales person Martin Kaminski who said that he can take it to the body shop and fix the bumper but not the door. I then gave deposit of $500 and they said they repaired the bumper. I went to look at it and seamed as they spray painted it. The initial price was $30,521 and when I went online to look at the Car-Fax again the car was now $29,201. I then took a photo of the new price from the Prestige website and sent it to Clinton to get the reduced price. He verified that price was reduced and he said he would look into it for me. After a day of going back and forth and asking me when would I come get the car I was told I can't get it for the lower price. I asked why? I was told they should have reduced the price. This was a very unethical experience. More
I have been using this fine dealership for 21 years. This time I needed a loaner. I traveled home to Hackensack and back. I got a bill for the gasoline for $9.96. Why would you charge $5.80 a gallon, which is outrageous, and even charge me at all given that my bill at Prestige was almost $1000! I don’t remember you ever doing that before. I’d like a refund for the $9.96! More
