I was a BMW owner and had dropped off my X5 for service and was given a Mini as a loaner car. I immediately fell in love with it! I begged my husband to look into getting one and he stopped by Prestige after work one day to get some numbers. He met Suditi, who helped my case! She was extremely informative, passionate, lovely, and it didn't hurt that she gave him a great deal!! When I returned to Prestige to pick up my new Mini (whoo whoo!!) and finally meet Suditi, whom my husband spoke to highly of, I was greeted by a bubbly woman that I learned to be Suditi. She was so endearing and excited for me to unwrap my new car! Once my Mini was unveiled, she was more than informative on all that my new car had to offer me. She is a Mini expert! She was so wonderful to work with and so thoughtful. She shared the story of the Mini rubber duck tradition and gifted me with my own and two for my daughters. I would absolutely recommend Prestige to anyone and everyone and hope they get a chance to work with Suditi too!! Thanks so much!

From the first time seeing their website to driving home my 2012 MINI Clubman S Hampton it was a very pleasurable experience. When I contacted them thru the internet, Bob Filenbaum responded quickly and was very helpful on getting me information even before it was on line. He sent pictures of the first car I was interested in to the one I finally purchased from him. Once I contacted and then arrived at the dealership I could tell it was a quality business. I will recomend them to anyone who is interested in making a purchase.

She made my Mini experience very memorable and exciting. I would totally recommend Prestige Mini to anyone that is interested in purchasing a Mini Cooper. Wow! Not sure how to put our amazing experience into words. Ruby was such a pleasure to work with and made our purchase absolutely painless and headache free. I've dealt with the typical "highway" dealership in the past and even though this dealer is conveniently located on route 17, having salespeople like Ruby makes it anything but that typical dealership! We stopped in on a busy Saturday just to look at the Paceman S that we had researched to death and wanted to actually sit in and if at all possible drive a six speed model. Rudy found one for us to sit in and take in the new car smell but didn't have a six speed on the lot for us to take for that joy ride! With no pressure she allowed us to wander around and ask as many questions as possible. After we grilled her and she put all our worries to rest she asked our color preference and did a quick search for us. Luck would have it that she found the exact car we had built on line, in our color that was due in to the dealership that day. We gave Ruby a deposit to hold the car so we could come back in a day or two to see it. Ruby made our dream car a reality. Three business days later we drove our new Mini Paceman S to its new home! Oh yeah, the test drive NEVER happened. Ruby had made the experience so easy for us, we never had a doubt about the car and felt that Ruby's detailed descriptions and confidence in her product made us realize we had made the right choice in vehicles and consider everyday a new and exhilarating test drive! I personally dread the car showroom/negotiating/sales experience. To say that I was pleasantly surprised at MINI of Ramsey would be an understatement. Our motoring advisor, Ruby King, was both personable and professional, informative and extremely understanding. She immediately zeroed in on our needs, and found us the right car. We are very happy with the entire experience with Ruby, as well the financials with Jeffrey and the dealership manager is a great guy as well. I recommend strongly and without reservation. BTW, the Mini is awesome!

A few days ago I stopped into Prestige (Rt 17 S) to "look around" and see the Minis up close and personal. You see, I've been looking at Minis for years and have been told by all of my friends to "do something about it !!" I really had no intention of doing anything that day ... until I met Ruby King.
What a professional, personable, knowledgeable young woman to deal with. We chatted about my wishes, debated leasing vs buying, discussed the merits of a convertible vs all others and finally came to a decision that indeed ...it was time to make a move. Absolutely no pressure was given or felt; it was like talking to a friend. A few hours later we had a deal.

I was introduced and received a warm "welcome to the family" from Mr. Richard Nudelman, Sales Manager at Prestige MINI. He to was very professional, as well as knowledgeable of all things MINI. And finally Mr. Jeffrey Stone who, if finances can be fun, was just that!!

Well, it's been 24 hours of becoming a proud owner of a Mini Cooper Convertible...and we lived happily ever after ...
