I had made an appointment to have my car serviced for 10,000 miles. I thought I had made it for this dealership, but I had mistakenly made it for the dealship in Stratford. I'm new to CT, so I didn't r 10,000 miles. I thought I had made it for this dealership, but I had mistakenly made it for the dealship in Stratford. I'm new to CT, so I didn't realize my mistake until I showed up at Prestige. I had asked if I could make an appointment there for another day, but Jon said he would find out if they could take me that day. He came back and said that they could take care of my car that day. During the service Jon came to me and said there was a problem with one of my tires. He showed me pictures of the gash that was there. Needless to say, I needed a new tire. They did all of this and had me out of there in a couple of hours. I really appreciate them taking my car that day and finding the problem with my tire. The service department was very busy and I was basically a walk in because of my own mix up. Everyone was very nice and pleasant to be around. I found the dealership to be very clean, tidy and comfortable. They have a really nice group of people working there and I found them very informative. More

I rarely bring any of my cars to dealers, preferring to use a trusted local mechanic. But my VW had some problems that my mechanic misdiagnosed. So I reluctantly brought it to Prestige VW of Stamford. They use a trusted local mechanic. But my VW had some problems that my mechanic misdiagnosed. So I reluctantly brought it to Prestige VW of Stamford. They were incredibly diligent from my first contact, through successful repairs and their follow-up was very appreciated. My check engine light came on and I called Eric M. And he told me to stop by after work. They took me right away and scanned my car and recognized the problem ,had the part available and fixed my car righ he told me to stop by after work.
