I could not have been any more pleased with the experience I had at Prestige. At no time did I feel pressured or that I was being mislead. Customer service is certainly a priority and everyone I interacted with made buying a car a pleasure. When I buy my next Volvo, I will be returning to Prestige.

I completely loved my experience at this dealership which was not the first Volvo dealership I had gone to in search for vehicle. I received all what was promised and everything I expected which is very important to me. The sales transaction was fully explained to me before and after. I was offered several other products to add to my purchase with no pressure to buy which I did buy some anyway. Joel Casser is the best sales person I have worked with very professional and accomodating. Will recoment this Dealership and Joel to any body that needs to purchase a Volvo!

My Review of Prestige Volvo :
I brought my 2002 XC90 in for service and mentioned that I was thinking about getting a new one. David, in Service, was terrific! He asked whether I had seen the XC70 and told me all about that model. He offered to have the manager look at my car for trade-in value while it was being serviced. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I sent an inquiry on-line and Marilyn (Sales) called me back. And once again she very knowledgeable and professional -- no over the top sales pitch. We scheduled a test drive which I had to reschedule; she was very nice on the follow-up. I went in 2-weeks after speaking with David and purchased a 2011 XC70 from Marilyn. The entire process from test drive to financing was exceptional. The little details (the other sales people congratulating you)were very nice!

Was looking for an S80, and searched the web for a good sale price. Found the color I wanted at Prestige and it didn't take long for Chris to match the price advertised by another dealer. Essentially negotiated the deal by email, and picked up the car the next morning. I guess there is nothing more that a buyer can ask for: a quick and courteous negotiation, a smooth closing (with no last-minute pressure or glitches), and a car delivered in what seems to be perfect condition, both visually and mechanically. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism provided by Chris, and recommend him and Prestige Volvo without hesitation.

Leased a 2011 C70. Christian was very helpful, answering all our questions, and providing us a great deal. We had leased a car at Prestige in the past, so we were very comfortable with the dealership. We did not know much about the C70 when we walked in, but we know we wanted a convertible. Christian was terrofic to work with, and we have had the car for a day now and it drives like a dream.

My point of reference is I spent the first twenty eight years of my professional life in the automotive industry.

I purchased my 17th vehicle which is a 2010 Volvo S80.

Buying a vehicle is traditionally an extremely daunting exercise, but here’s where you can safely throw tradition out the window. Prestige Volvo!

My paradigm shift was I found a dealership where the staff operates in a professional, seemingly independent manner, management is mostly transparent and “old tradition” is nowhere to be found.
How refreshing to be told what they could do for me, not what they couldn’t. Everything (down to the minutest detail) was explained clearly and concisely. It was like visiting my grandparent’s home……..familiar, friendly, clean and inviting. From vehicle selection through financing options, pre-delivery vehicle prep through finally documentation and delivery - they executed flawlessly. You can shop with confidence.

My Review of Prestige Volvo :
I drive a Volvo C70 and have had absolutely great experiences with Prestige Volvo's service deaprtment, so when the time came for my husband to get a new car I suggested we look at Volvo and specifically, Prestige. We arrivd late afternoon "just to look" and walked out 2 hours later having purchased a beautiful 2010 XC60. We were met by Chris Parada when we first arrived and he was friendly, listened carefully and seemed to know, almost better than we did, what car we were looking for! The whole experience, from start to finish - test drive to driving the car home - was FANTASTIC! Chris was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He answered every question and seemed genuinely interested in helping us. There were no "hard sell" or "pressure" tactics; we were treated with respect and Chris took the time to explain all of our options. When we arrived to pick up our new car, once again the experience was wonderful. Everything was ready for us upon arrival, paperwork was accurate and in order, and the vehicle was immaculate. Once again, Chris took his time going through the paperwork with us and explaining the vehicle (he seemed just as excited as we were about the car!). Prestige Volvo is doing something right because EVERYONE we came in contact with at Prestige was ready, willing and able to help us. I have already recommended Prestige Volvo to two friends. I wouldn't buy a Volvo anywhere else, and I may never buy any other brand of vehicle - so good was my experience at this dealership!

My Review of Prestige Volvo :
Matt Haiken went above and beyond for the smoothest car buying experience I've ever had. Through a couple of phone calls, he was able to get me out of my old volvo lease and into a new one. Upon delivery, Joel was the man. He knows the mp3 system and technology like no other, and explained everything about the car in great depth. They both got me in and out of delivery in under an hour. Really great experience, would highly recommend this dealership for their customer service.
