Flat out lies cost me $2500+ Aaron Dial straight up lies. Everything was going great until i went to finalize the purchase of my new vehicle. One part, he claimed would save me "up to 5 mpg". It cost nearly $1000 (plus interest since it's tacked onto the loan). I drove my vehicle for 2 weeks before getting the part installed. I averaged 17.7 mpg. The day after the install, my vehicle started getting 15.5 mpg. I drove it for 2 weeks and it has dropped to 15.2 mpg. I went in to return the part, but the liar refused. He said all after market sales are final. I don't remember him saying this prior to the sale, though it wouldn't matter to me because i was willing to pay a little now for the extra gas savings. This SUV at 20+ mpg would be awesome. But now I'm stuck with only 15 mpg. This is a minimum of $2500 mistake. Never deal with these people. The price was lower than any other dealer in the area and it had the minimum equipment we wanted. I inquired first thing Monday morning and received a text and call from Keith a couple hours later. The price was real he responded, so I stopped by over lunch to at least get my trade appraised. I didn't drive GC then as it was in the showroom but Keith let me take a new JL Wrangler for a spin. By the time I got back from driving the Wrangler someone else was showing interest in the GC - who could blame them, it was priced to sell. I left with an acceptable offer on my trade and set things up so my wife and I could take the GC for a drive after work. When my wife and I returned that evening there was another interested buyer present but Kieth gave us 1st right of refusal. I was on the fence not because of price but for having to make a quick decision or risk losing to another buyer who was still in the showroom. We bought it! Negotiations and paperwork were seamless. A competing Jeep dealer that I've bought from for years lost a customer that day. One reason the other dealer lost me was because they did not follow up on my inquiries and I was a repeat customer.
