My Review of Preston Hyundai:
Mickey was very knowledgable about the different cars and took the time to answer our questions and explain the differences. He explained the process and went over all the papers we needed to sign making us comfortable with the process.
The finance gentleman was patient and he also took the time to explain the various options and details to us. The pricing was explained in detail and we felt we got a good deal.
I was not looking forward to going through the dreaded car buying process but Mickey and team made it a pleasant experience.

George has bee very helpful in getting all my needs addressed, and went over and above to see that all my questions were answered and responded to. I felt like i was realy important to him and the dealership there. I have never felt more relaxed at a dealership before. I would definitly recommend this dealer to my family and friends.

My Review of Preston Hyundai:
I brought my new van in for my first service visit. I called John Skalstad to tell him I needed service but I didn't have time to sit and wait for my van. He said he would have a van for me to use. I needed service and had a couple of repairs to be made. When I arrived they had a van waiting for me. When I arrived to pick up my van all service repairs were explained to me and everything was completed. I even received help getting my car seats back in me van. I found everyone to be friendly and very accomodating. We have the Platinum Service so we paid nothing for the visit. That was great news. I look forward to me next visit.

I DROVE THREE VERACRUZ'S AT BRUCE'S SUGGESTION SO THAT I COULD SEE ALL THE MODELS. IT MADE MY DECISION MUCH EASIER. THE DEALERSHIP IS CLEAN, BRIGHT, AND WELCOMING. THANKS ALSO TO DANNY RAHE FOR A GREAT JOB ON ALL THE PAPERWORK. NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES, JUST A THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT HE IS DOING. Ms. Collins seems very knowledgeable about the cars in the service department. When asked to explain the exact problem with our vehicle. She did not hesitate or say let me ask someone else to help you. As a woman it is very comforting to know when I come to this dealership that they have someone in the service department who can put me at ease.

My Review of Preston Hyundai:
I was very impressed with the service department the last time I used them. It was 4:45 p.m. on the day before i was scheduled to go out of town and my check engine light came on. I contacted George Holder in the service department and he instructred me to bring the car straight to the dealership so the service guys could take a look at it. They determined the problem and had me back on the road within 15 minutes. I was very pleased with the fast service and their willingness to take a look at my car without a prescheduled appointment.

This was one of the most pleasurable experiences purchasing a new car. I have purchased about 15 cars and trucks over the last 10 years and this one superseded all the others. Jeremy was pleasant, efficient, quick to respond, and didn't mind me texting him. David was also very pleasant, helpful, and asked many questions so he could work for me with the lender. I will most definitely recommend Preston Hyundai to friends. My father actually purchased a Accent from a different dealership and didn't receive anywhere near thre service that I did.
