I never felt belittled or taken-advantage-of for being a young person (I was 19 when I bought my first car and am now 24) or a female (as I have in other dealerships) and always appreciated the extra step their customer service provided. Selby always took my questions seriously and did not try to push vehicles at me that did not fit the description I gave for what type of car I wanted. The prices have always been fair and the quality of the cars has been exceptional.
