My Review of Prime Acura:
I did not end up buying an Acura but in the interest of people, I must post a review of my experience when I visited this dealership.

They were not willing to negotiate the price, the trade-in on my car was about 3000 less than the KBB value and they were keen to make the sale that evening .No one ever offered to follow up.

If this is their attitude before they have sold the car, I wonder how bad they would be after the sale and if something goes wrong with the car.

Stay away.

My Review of Prime Acura:
This relates to a purchase made in November of '05, but I just found this site and felt I needed to add my opinion. My daughter was shopping for an MDX. We had been to Herb Connolly (Bad) and Acura of Boston (Horrible!). We we treated with respect and fairness by Scott and the rest of the "team". Overall, it was a VERY pleasant experience. I don't think Scott is there anymore, but hopefully the dealership is still just as good without him.

My Review of Prime Acura:
Will tell you every lie to sell you a car! And then after the sale, they don't care about you at all. Service department is the worst. Always losing customers car keys. I've seen scratched bumbers from the dealership. Very disrespectful Service Advisors, who do not care about the customer. I had to go back to them 3 times within the first 3 months of ownership for the same thing!!! Absolutely Horrible Sales and Service. Even the GM will sit there and tell you lies just to get you out the door. PATHETIC. If you want quality, go to Acura of Auburn. I've gone there for service the past 3 times and they are phenomenal!!! Very courteous and respectful. Friendly staff. I highly recommend them!!!
