I bought from Scott a couple of years ago. It was a positive and enjoyable experience..... so I called him to see if they had anything used in my son's price range, they did not but Scott contacted another Honda dealer and put us in contact with their sales department to arrange a test drive.

My Review of Prime Acura:
I had a very pleasurable experience working with Ellen. She is a great salesperson and was very enthused to assist me. Ellen has great follow through skills as she contacted me a week or so after my first trip there. My first trip was unsuccessful but she was very persistent to get me a deal I could afford. I was very grateful for her to care about my needs and to understand all of my options. Ellen was very nice to my family and I which in turn would lead me to recommend her to anyone I know. Ellen thank you very much for taking care of me and my vehicle needs.

My Review of Prime Acura:
Our experience buying a car at Prime Acura was extremely positive. Matt Pinto was very informative and responsive. We visited the dealership twice to test a vehicle and he was more than willing to take us out providing unlimited time to answer our questions. Matt is obviously well-qualified and knowledgeable about the Acura product and provided a sales approach which allowed us to make a decision without excessive pressure. The general manager, Jay Dapolito, was also wonderful and had an ease about him which made buying a car at Prime Acrua a very relaxed yet professional experience. Once our decision to buy a car was made, both Matt and Jay were extremely accomodating in obtaining our car in an expedient manner and worked diligently with us to fulfill our specific needs and requests. Matt spent a great deal of time introducing us to our new car making sure we understood its mechanics. We plan to service our car at Prime Acura and will certainly recommend this fine dealership to all of our friends and family.

My Review of Prime Acura:
I just bought a 2009 RDX from. Dale was extremely knowledgeable about the car and made me feel very comfortable with no heavy sales tactics. Denis Sr. was willing to match my price from another dealer, find the color I wanted and gave me a fair price with regards to my trade in. Overall this was the best experience I ever had in buying a car.

This dealer, particularly the Rochefort family, offered my best car buying experience to date. Nick's effort in making me comfortable and happy with my decision and purchase was outstanding. He went above and beyond to be sure Prime Acura was my last stop for car buying. Denis Sr. and Denis Jr. were very knowledgable about the finance options and made the transaction very easy administratively.

My Review of Prime Acura:
In the process of purchasing a car, I have dealt with at least 5 Acura dealerships in MA and Prime was tops "in my book".

When I arrived at Prime, Matt Pinto introduced himself. I found him dynamic, full of enthusiasm, very helpful, and knowledgable about the complex workings of the vehicles. I felt the negotiation process was fair. And, to my suprise, I came away feeling the whole experience was posative.

We recently purchased a new RDX with the help of Ellen. She kept working on our behalf until we finally found just the car that we were looking for at a fair price. Ellen was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and the buying experience was very easy and pressure free. She continued to follow up with us after the sale to make sure that we were happy with the vehicle and to help resolve a billing issue.

Great experience. Ellen and staff were never pushy. Everyone was just very laied back and let the car do the taking. My husband and I were amazed at the attention and service we were given. They were absolutely great! We love our new car! There could not have been a better experience in buying a new car.
