My Review of Princeton BMW:
Was interested in buying a new car. I waited and waited for hours for someone to help me. Eventually I decided to leave because I was ignored. I figured I would give them a chance to redeem themselves, I returned the next day onlt to receive the sale treatment. When I asked for help I was told I just have to wait.

The worst experience.

This was my first encounter with Glenn & Frank, they were pleasant and very courtious and extremely helpful. Your service department is A-1 with me. However, I did not find Mike Barley, my salesman, to be as knowledgable of your product. I was not surprised to hear,he is no longer with BMW! Thank you.

My Review of Princeton BMW:
I commute to the Princeton area twice a week for work. Enroute to work, I had some damage to the undercarriage of the car. Without an appointment, NY Plates, from another dealership and a "New York State of Mind", I was all ready to be taken over the coals. My experience was FAR FROM THAT!

I was quickly and friendly greeted by the valet, introduce to a Service Advisor and taken care of with First Class service. Steve Mallen was the Service Advisor and not only got my car right in for repair, but also performed the maintenance that was due under the warranty. A very nice gentleman in the shuttle drove me back to my office and the car was repaired by lunch. Expecting hundreds of dollars of cost for the repair, the team took a practical approach, fixed what needed to be done at a fair $50!!

Overall, terrific job. Glad to see that the BMW service is consistent from dealer to dealer and everyone is treated with respect.

I had to come in this past Saturday to have a minor adjustment made to my new Mini.
I have to tell you that Jimmy Garito is exceptional. He has excellent customer service skills and has great energy. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. My car was checked quickly and returned with the wheels all cleaned up too!

I truly believe even more than the product, the customer service is key because that is what keeps customers returning over and over again. Without quality people, your business would not be as successful.

Again, I'm very pleased with the dealership and in particular very impressed with Jimmy. He is simply the best.

Jimmy Garito has provided excellent customer service yet again. I had to take my MINI in today to have the arm rest repaired and Jimmy had it fixed quickly and had the car cleaned as well.

Please acknowledge him for his professionalism, enthusiastic energy and ability to accomodate customers without delay. I look forward to going to MINI each time I have any issues with my car.

Even though I did not purchase my vehicle from Princeton BMW, your staff treated me as if I did. Every service writer, valet person and receptionist treated me the same way " with respect ".
My concerns were taken care of in a professional, courteous matter, regardless of the degree of concern.
We the public in general encounter high standard of expectations, and it is reassuring that Princeton BMW goes above and beyond that measure to make sure our public standards are met highly.
Since I am in the market to purchase a second car "before the year ends" my husband and I are sold on purchasing from Princeton BMW…It is a long way to go, but worth the ride. Good service and professionalism should be rewarded.

I had originally leased my car from Princeton BMW in 2006, never had anything but superior service and support, and as a result had them certify and ultimately sell me the car as a certified pre-owned. I feel like I got a great deal and am very happy with my choice. Everyone I've ever dealt with at Princeton BMW has been professional, competent and seemed genuinely enthusiastic about their job and the BMW brand. At this point, they've got a customer for life.

My experience with Princeton BMW has been nothing but stellar. I did buy my first 5-series from a different dealership. Our overall experience was horrible with them both sales and service. Since I have started coming to Princeton BMW I like the professionalism of their service department so much that I ended up buying my next 5 series from them. I have nothing but great words. I love the car and people who takes care of it's maintenance. Overall great experience.

Daniel Rosa is an outstanding asset to Princeton BMW. He is dedicated and driven to make sure that his customer is satisfied. He exhibits the qualities of a true leader: patience, dedication, excellence in all he does, and empathy towards his clients. He knew what I wanted even before I did, which tells me that he truly understands his clients, and he cares enough to make sure we are happy. This is the second car I have bought from Daniel and it won't be my last. The service at Princeton BMW is without a doubt the best in the area. Lew in the service department is a joy to work with. As much as I hate giving my car up for a day, Lew makes the process painless and pleasant. He is another example of the strong customer focus that is a guiding principle at Princeton BMW. I gave them the rating of all 5's because each and every person I have dealt with at Princeton BMW has gone out of their way to make sure that I am completely satisfied with my experience. I won't deal with any other dealership. They are the best!

My Review of Princeton BMW:
From the moment I first talked to the salesman, Bob Sherlock, 2 years ago, Princeton BMW seemed different than any other dealer I had visited. There was no pressure. My wife wanted a 3 series convertible and there was only 1 on the lot. Bob did not push existing inventory but instead listened to what we wanted and helped us place an order with the factory. Another BMW dealer told me they had stock due in in less than a month which I discovered was not true. Bob knew we wanted the car fast but did not make up stories. He was straight with us every step of the way.
My most recent service appointment was last week. I had an appointment to have my tires balanced and I planned on waiting while the work was completed. The day before my appointment, I noticed a bubble on one tire. When I arrived, Steve Madden wrote up the service order adding the new issue. He also added another item based on the cars maintenance minder, covered under warranty. The car would have been ready on time(about an hour) but all four tires had severe tread wear and needed to be replaced, also under warranty. I was offered a loaner or a courtesy shuttle but declined. The car was worked on immediately and I was out in about 2 hours. Great dealership from sales to service.
